Before joining Alpine Psychiatry, Nina worked as a Charge Nurse at Horsham Clinic in Ambler, Pennsylvania.
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Nina’s goal is to provide culturally informed mental health care to complex acute and chronic psychiatric disorders while having the patient play an active part in decision-making.
She is a committed and diligent professional in developing individualized care plans, collecting and analyzing patient data, and facilitating treatment. She is a highly effective communicator who uses verbal and nonverbal communication techniques with patients, their families, and colleagues.
During her patients’ initial visits, Nina aims to build therapeutic relationships with each individual, including adolescents, adult clients, and families, when providing personalized treatment plans.

Diane Burt started out serving in the Navy as a hospital Corpsman. She then went on to work as a LPN until she graduated from Cumberland County College with her nursing degree. Diane then went on to graduate from Wilmington University with her master’s degree and Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Then she became a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner graduating from University of South Alabama. Diane has been employed in numerous family medicine settings.
