Dr. Bloxham graduated with honors from New York University with a bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies. At NYU, he spent a year in London studying Psychology and Biology. He then attended medical school at Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons. There, he conducted bioinformatics research, spent a month volunteering in a hospital in rural Guatemala, and starred in two musicals. He pursued Psychiatry Residency training at UCLA-Resnick Neuropsychiatric Institute and West Los Angeles VA Medical Center, where he mentored junior residents as Chief Resident of the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit. His background lends itself to taking an interest in understanding his patient’s life story to tailor effective treatments to address their concerns.
Dr. Bloxham has experience treating patients by combining medications and psychotherapy for complex psychiatric problems, including Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders, Trauma, and Stressor-Related Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, ADHD, interpersonal issues, and grief. Dr. Poblete is a board-certified psychiatrist trained in the diagnosis and treatment of the full spectrum of psychiatric and mental health disorders. He is a co-founder of Regeneration Psychiatry and sees patients virtually and in-person at our Redondo Beach, California office. He is also a clinical instructor at UCLA and at Long Beach Memorial, where he teaches and supervises medical/psychiatric residents.
Dr. Poblete has extensive experience in the management of anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, and addiction. He has a special interest in working with transgender/gender expansive/non-binary individuals, other members of the LGBTQ+ community, and people living with HIV. His clinical practice is grounded in evidence-based medicine and in the biopsychosocial model of health. And his therapeutic approach draws heavily from critical social theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mentalization-Based Therapy.
Dr. Poblete grew up in Southern California in a Filipino-American immigrant family. He received his undergraduate education at UC Berkeley, where he studied anthropology and urban studies. Prior to going to medical school, he was a community organizer and campaigner working in social/racial justice movements and in the labor movement. He completed his medical education at UCSF, his internship at Harbor-UCLA, and his psychiatric residency at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA.
Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Poblete enjoys travel, the outdoors, art, and soccer.
Dr. Key was born and raised in Washington, DC. before venturing off the east coast. He received a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University and earned his MD from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Key had an early passion of bridging the gap between medicine and communities of color. His love of narrative and ability to connect patients to their personal stories led him to Psychiatry and he continued his training at UCLA’s Semel Neuropsychiatric Institute. He served as the residency’s Co-Chief of Justice, Equity, Diversion, and Inclusion (JEDI) for two consecutive years with the goal of greater equity amongst historically underrepresented peoples. As a resident, he trained in highly specialized clinics treating psychotic and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, addiction, and ADHD. Justin is also a father, husband, and a fiction author.
Wenqi Feng, MD is a cofounder of Regeneration Psychiatry. She is a board-certified psychiatrist who has extensive experience treating the full scope of mental health disorders and she practices in Redondo Beach, California.
She has a special interest in reproductive psychiatry and women’s mental health and has helped many women navigate their psychiatric care during pregnancy and postpartum. She also has experience treating premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and peri-menopausal psychiatric disorders.
Dr. Feng was born in Nanchang, China, and immigrated with her parents to the United States when she was a child. She attended medical school at Boston University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, where she discovered her love of connecting with patients and listening to their stories.
She continued her training at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), in Los Angeles, California, completing a general adult psychiatry residency at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior in Los Angeles, California.
While there, Dr. Feng trained in highly specialized clinics treating psychotic and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and addiction.
Dr. Feng is also a clinical instructor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and is involved in mental health research at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
When Dr. Feng isn’t with patients, she enjoys traveling, reading, and hiking. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Dr. Stephanie Sabra, MD, MPH is a board-certified psychiatrist, who treats child, adolescent and adult patients using a wholistic approach that incorporates lifestyle modifications, psychotherapy, and medications into their treatment plans.
She was raised in the South Bay of Los Angeles, CA. She attended the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular & Cell Biology, with an emphasis in Neurobiology as well as a Master’s degree in Public Health, which equipped her with a broader perspective of health and preventive medicine. She completed her medical training at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine and Adult Psychiatry residency at the Los Angeles County + University of Southern California Medical Center. Her interest in child development and early intervention for mental illness led her to pursue fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Boston Children’s Hospital / Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Sabra integrates multiple pillars of health to support her patients using the biopsychosocial model. She is attentive to her patients’ diet, movement, sleep, community, and sense of purpose. She additionally incorporates psychotherapy modalities into their treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Play Therapy for children. Dr. Brittany Tarrant was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland to a family who encouraged her to follow her dreams – even if that meant humoring a 5-year-old who exclaimed that she would be a doctor one day. Dr. Tarrant went on to complete her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Maryland, College Park. There, she discovered her love for the human brain and mental health and knew that psychiatry would be a great fit. She completed her master’s degree at Georgetown University and then her Doctor of Medicine degree at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. She then set her sights on the sunny skies and warm weather here in Los Angeles and completed her general adult psychiatric training at UCLA.
Dr. Tarrant is board-certified in Adult Psychiatry and is board-eligible for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She trained at UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience & Human Behavior and Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital, where she completed both her residency and fellowship. Dr. Tarrant is passionate about mental health and treating those who are often overlooked and forgotten in our society. Her clinical interests include treating a wide range of psychopathologies including psychotic and mood disorders, trauma, and special populations including people of color, women, children and young adults, gender and sexual minorities, veterans, and individuals involved in welfare and criminal legal systems. She is dedicated to advancing the field of psychiatry through compassionate, thoughtful, and culturally humble care while working to eliminate barriers to accessing care and de-stigmatizing mental illness.
Outside of clinical work, Dr. Tarrant is involved in teaching, mentorship, community outreach, and various leadership positions. She is dedicated to creating spaces of healing and inclusion and has been engaged in diversity, equity, and inclusion work at UCLA and beyond.
