Stephanie Dong, M.D., is an adult psychiatrist at Touro University Medical Group in Stockton, CA with a strong commitment to patient care and medical education.

She also has a special interest in women's mental health. Richard B. Riemer, DO, is a specialist in neurology at Touro University Medical Group. Dr. Riemer treats all neurologic conditions with an emphasis on neuromusculoskeletal and spine disorders.
