He also provides expert testimony for court-authorized guardianship and treatment plans as well as commitment hearings.

Rosevelt’s interest in mental health and healthcare has been shaped by a multitude of experiences and learning opportunities that have taught him the value of compassion, empathy, intellectual curiosity, and fairness.
