I am a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) dedicated to supporting individuals with compassion and care in MD, VA, and DC. I enjoy working with adolescents, teens and young adults struggling with behavior issues, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, as well as self-esteem, by using a goal oriented approach, and motivational interviewing to tailor treatment to the individual, and create a judgement free safe space. I believe that there is no ?one size fits all? approach when it comes to therapy and that the most effective approach depends on what the client needs, and I will meet them where they are to determine that. I like to work alongside the client, and allow them to guide their journey through treatment, while also cheering them on along the way.
