 Dr. Zia Ahmadzada completed his undergraduate education at the University of New York at Albany in 1997. He then went on to receive, in 2002, a doctorate of dental medicine (DMD) at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, one of the oldest dental schools in the United States. As the second largest dental school in America, with a class size of approximately 190 students each, it has an excellent reputation, and it is renowned as a center for academic and clinical excellence. While at Tufts, Dr. Ahmadzada was recognized for attaining the Dean’s list for outstanding achievement and high performance on the National Board of Dentistry. He was also awarded an Endowed Prize Award for Ethics. She entered the dental program at the University of Maryland’s College of Dental Surgery in Baltimore, Maryland, and she graduated with a doctor of dental surgery degree in 2000. The dental program at the University of Maryland is the oldest dental college in the world and the only dental school in Maryland, graduating top notch doctors for many decades. After graduation, Dr. Bae joined Dulles Dental Group and has remained with the organization for the last 16 years. Dr. Bae’s goal is to help each person in her care establish and maintain his or her dental health. She enjoys being able to provide care for the entire family. With a focus on general dentistry, she also enjoys doing cosmetic dentistry work. Leah Coutts, DMD, is an Associate General Dentist at Nova Dental Partners in Fairfax, Alexandria, and Woodbridge, Virginia. She received her undergraduate degree in Behavioral Neuroscience before she attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine for her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). Shortly after, she completed an Advanced Education of General Dentistry Residency at the University of Connecticut. Although her formal education has come to a close, Dr. Coutts believes in the never-ending advancement of knowledge through continued education courses.

Dr. Maur grew up in Greenville, South Carolina, where she attended Furman University, obtaining her undergraduate degree in economics. Dr. Maur’s interest in dentistry led her to enroll at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine. Erica Ribenboim, DMD, is an Associate Dentist at Nova Dental Partners in Fairfax, Alexandria, and Woodbridge, Virginia. 

Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Dr. Ribenboim attended Centre College for her undergraduate degree before receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. With a strong passion for lifelong learning, she regularly attends continuing education seminars and has focused her attention on areas including Invisalign, cosmetic treatments like veneers and smile makeovers, and root canal therapy. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and has volunteered with Remote Area Medical Clinics, providing free dental care to those in need.

Dr. Ribenboim provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including pediatric patients. Bioengineering from University of Maryland, College Park. He then went to University of

After finishing dental school, he completed a general practice residency at Evanston Hospital in Illinois. During this time, Dr. Rollor refined his skills and gained further experience in treatment especially in managing medically compromised patients. He then returned to Baltimore to complete his training in endodontics at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he earned a Masters degree in Dental Biomedical Sciences and a certificate in Endodontics. Dr.Rollor is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), American Association of Endodontists (AAE), and Maryland State Dental Association (MSDA).
