Dr. Vitaly Terushkin is a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon and a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist. He practices Mohs surgery for melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancer. He also teaches dermatology residents at Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Altchek’s office is located on the Upper East Side in the heart of Manhattan, NY. Dr. Vaidya completed her undergraduate and graduate education at the University of Cincinnati in the BS/MD Dual Admissions Program in Medicine. Dr. Parinita Amin, affectionately known as Dr. Pari, is the CEO of MDCS: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, a premier dermatology practice with locations in New York and New Jersey.

An alumna of Harvard College, Dr. Pari went on to earn her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she was honored with membership in the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. She further honed her medical expertise during an internship at Beth Israel Medical Center, followed by a rigorous residency in radiology at NYU Langone Medical Center.

With a background as an accomplished diagnostic and procedural radiologist, Dr. Pari brings a unique blend of clinical acumen and leadership to her role. He completed a one-year medical internship at Tufts Medical Center in Boston before relocating to New York City for his dermatology residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. 

Then, Dr. Tassavor completed his micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology fellowship training with Brett Coldiron, MD, in Cincinnati, Ohio. 

Dr. Tassavor is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), a resident member of the New York State Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery (NYSSDDS), and on the coding and reimbursement committee of the AAD.

Dedicated to his profession, Dr. Tassavor has published multiple scientific studies in peer-reviewed journals and authored a chapter in a dermatological surgery book.

While in school, Dr. Tassavor gained an interest in working with underserved and vulnerable individuals and continues to use his skills as a physician to provide expert care to those in need.

Carolyn Stull, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeon. She treats the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions and specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, surgical reconstruction following skin cancer removal, and facial aesthetics.

Dr. Stull is originally from Philadelphia and served as an Instructor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania prior to joining MDCS. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Stull completed dermatology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where she served as chief resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. During fellowship she trained with experts in the management of rare and advanced skin cancers, complex surgical reconstruction and laser procedures. She also served as a sub-investigator for several clinical trials testing oncolytic viruses and immunotherapies for skin cancer treatment.

Dr. Stull has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, JAMA Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. She has been an invited speaker at regional and national meetings, and has been awarded grant funding from the University of Pennsylvania Center for Human Appearance and the Pennsylvania Medical Society for medical device innovation. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Outside of the office Dr. Stull enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband who is plastic surgeon and their daughter.
