Sydney Liang, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Parinita Amin, affectionately known as Dr. Pari, is the CEO of MDCS: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, a premier dermatology practice with locations in New York and New Jersey.
An alumna of Harvard College, Dr. Pari went on to earn her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she was honored with membership in the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. She further honed her medical expertise during an internship at Beth Israel Medical Center, followed by a rigorous residency in radiology at NYU Langone Medical Center.
With a background as an accomplished diagnostic and procedural radiologist, Dr. Pari brings a unique blend of clinical acumen and leadership to her role. Since 2014, she has been at the helm of MDCS, where she continues to drive the practice's growth and commitment to delivering exceptional dermatologic care.

Toral Vaidya, MD, MPH, is a dermatologist serving New York City patients on the Upper East Side and Midtown Manhattan at MDCS Dermatology. She performs a wide variety of medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology services.
Dr. Vaidya completed her undergraduate and graduate education at the University of Cincinnati in the BS/MD Dual Admissions Program in Medicine. She earned her MD and Master’s in Public Health from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. During medical school, Dr. Vaidya was selected for a prestigious clinical research fellowship in dermatology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she conducted studies in oncodermatology and procedural dermatology. She graduated at the top of her class with a Distinction in Dermatology. She then completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital and her residency in Dermatology at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Throughout her training, she developed a keen interest in skincare, skin of color, and cosmetic dermatology. She has authored over 20 scientific publications in prominent dermatology journals and has presented her work at national and international meetings. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Skin of Color Society, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
Dr. Vaidya is a media expert who regularly writes for and contributes to medical and beauty publications, including Medscape Dermatology, US News and World Report, and Byrdie Beauty. Additionally, she pursued an elective in medical journalism at the ABC News Medical Unit, where she helped produce medical segments for Good Morning America and wrote digital articles.
Dr. Vaidya's interests in aesthetics and procedural dermatology are complemented by her certification in Fashion Design and Garment Construction from Parsons School of Design in New York City. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring the arts.
Monica Schadlow, MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist at MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, who has been providing general and cosmetic dermatology care to patients of Manhattan since 2001. She has extensive experience in laser hair removal, peels, Botox, Restylane, Juvederm, and numerous other skin enhancement and rejuvenation services.
In addition to her unmatched skill and knowledge, patients praise Dr. Schadlow for her gentle nature and willingness to educate them about their condition.
She stands out for her ability and priority in putting patients at ease during procedures and the personalized attention she brings to all cases.
Dr. Schadlow earned her bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College, then went on to earn her medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College. She continued her post-graduate medical training with an internship in internal medicine at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York City and later served as Chief Resident for her residency at NewYork Presbyterian Hospital. For the past 15 years, Dr. Schadlow has worked in private practice dermatology. She sees patients full-time at MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery.
In addition to treating patients, Dr. Schadlow is a contributor to online and print journals. Dr. Schadlow is an officer of the Dermatologic Society of Greater New York, a member of the American Dermatology Board, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family.
