Dr. Jaxel Lopez-Sepulveda is a board-certified family medicine physician serving men, women, and children at Clinica tu Salud in Irving, Texas. Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda is dedicated to providing his patients with compassionate, affordable, and individualized care. He founded Clinica tu Salud in 2017.

Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda was born in Puerto Rico and grew up interested in medicine and helping others. He looked up to his father, Dr. Angel Luis López Ruiz, a well-established surgeon in Puerto Rico.

At a young age, Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda realized his vocation to become a physician. His childhood brimmed with trips to the hospital where he would accompany and observe his father at work.

Men's T Clinic offers multiple treatment options to serve the need of the patient based upon medical history, life stage, and more. Mike grew up in several states and Germany. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Nebraska University through the Interservice Physician Assistant Program while serving in the US Army. He later was selected and earned his Doctorate of Science in Clinical Orthopedics through Baylor University/US Army Physician Assistant Orthopedic Fellowship.

Mike is a retired US Army Major with multiple combat deployments and an extensive background in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, Flight Surgery, and Orthopedics both non-operative and operative. His final assignment included Cast clinic chief, Adjunct faculty member to US Army Graduate School Academy Health Sciences, and senior Orthopedic Physician Assistant for Darnall Army Medical Center/Fort Hood, Texas. He is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Mike currently lives in Celina. He enjoys sports, hunting, fishing, and carpentry/building.

Raghu Turebylu, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician at Irving Coppell Primary Care Doctors in Irving, Texas. Dr. Turebylu holds certifications in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine.

Dr. Turebylu attended Vijayanagar Institute of Medical Sciences in India for his medical school training before receiving his pediatric residency training at Mysore Medical College and Research Institute. He then pursued further training in pediatrics in New York and England. 

At Irving Coppell Primary Care Doctors, Dr. Turebylu takes a personalized approach to pediatric care. He provides compassionate health services to help newborns, children, and adolescents achieve the best health possible and monitors their growth so they stay healthy throughout their childhood years.

Education plays an important role in Dr. Raghu’s approach to patient-centered care. She began her studies at the University of Mysore in Mysore, India. Following her studies, she earned her medical degree from JJM Medical College in Karnataka, India. She then completed her residency training in family medicine at The State University of New York in Buffalo, New York. 

Dr. Raghu plays an active member in the family medicine community. She is currently a member in the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Indo-Physicians Society, Texas Medical Association and Dallas County Medical Society. In addition, she is a certified family physician by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Niti Randhawa is a Board Certified in Family Medicine and has been a practicing physician for 20 years. She is a proud native of Plano, Texas where she graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1988. She did her undergraduate training in pre-med at Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she earned a BA in Biology in 1992. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1996 where she was classmates with Dr. Chrisette Dharma. She then completed her residency in family medicine in 1999 at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, one of the most prestigious family medicine programs in the state of Texas. 

Dr. Randhawa chose medicine as her lifelong calling at a very early age when it became clear that she had a deep desire to help others, especially those who suffered from illness and disease. Throughout her medical training and career, she developed a deep interest in combining traditional, natural medicine with proven complementary and alternative methods for healing. She continues to study and pursue this exciting side of medicine, because she feels strongly that both sides are necessary for helping patients to achieve optimal health and well-being. After completing her medical training, Dr. Randhawa was honored to work with a well known Complementary and Alternative Medicine physician in North Texas to hone in on this cutting edge aspect of medicine. Dr. Randhawa brings her insight and training to Southwest Family Medicine Associates so we can continue to offer our patients the most advanced medicine. 

When Dr. Randhawa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her son, and her dog, a 200-pound Great Dane. She enjoys traveling, exercising, playing the piano and has an ongoing quest and thirst for knowledge.

Dr. Monica Ramirez is a Dallas native who has just completed her residency at UT Health San Antonio.  She is excited to be back in Dallas and thrilled to be joining Southwest Family Medicine Associates. 

Dr. Ramirez pursued Family Medicine as it allows her to form trusting and long-lasting relationships with patients and their family members. She is a strong believer of the “whole person” approach which is at the heart of family medicine and an advocate of education and preventive medicine.

Dr. Prachi Thapar is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and a DFW native. She grew up in Flower Mound, TX, and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis. She completed her medical school education at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. Subsequently, Dr. Thapar completed her Family Medicine residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas, where she developed a robust clinical background and a deep understanding of patient care.

She became a Family Medicine doctor as it provided the opportunity to be on the frontline of preventive healthcare, working as a part of a collaborative effort to establish long-lasting relationships with patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds to understand their unique narratives. Her commitment to her patients goes beyond mere treatment; she strives to empower them and to work together towards a shared vision of equitable health and well-being.

Dr. Thapar also has a strong interest in structured healthcare advocacy efforts and is dedicated to addressing health disparities and promoting inclusive care that respects and acknowledges the varied experiences and needs of her patients.

In her free time, Dr. Thapar is an avid dancer and amateur painter. She enjoys reading the latest mystery novels, attempting to solve challenging crossword puzzles, and traveling.
