My health care adventure started in 1st grade when I decided to be a nurse! From there I graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University in 1996 as a RN then became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017. I have always enjoyed caring for others and helping to find the answers to their healthcare problems. I enjoy women's health, hormone therapy and bioidenticals, men's health, stem cell therapy, joint injections, procedures such as wart removal and skin tag removal. He is passionate about skin cancer prevention, early detection, and advanced treatment through Mohs surgery, as well as other modern and cutting edge modalities. He also provides expert care for a wide range of general dermatologic conditions.

He went on to complete a medical internship at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in California and specialized dermatology training at the Aspen Dermatology Residency Program through Western University. He has been proudly serving the Phoenix area since 2019 and is fluent in Spanish.
Originally from Tucson and raised in Southern California, Dr. Goodman now lives in Arizona with his wife and four sons. Outside of the office, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, golfing, racquet sports, and exploring the outdoors with his family.
Hi there, my name is Bernadette Crovedi, mostly everyone calls me Berni. I moved to Arizona from Cleveland in 2006. I have 15 years of nursing experience, recently in the ER and ICU providing safe, high-quality care by using sound clinical judgement. Around 2018, I was called to provide preventative healthcare and decided to pursue my FNP. I am honest, direct and trustworthy. The care I deliver to my patients is individualized and directed with a holistic approach on prevention. As a nurse I have learned early interventions to lower or eliminate the risk of chronic illness setting in, therefore, I promote health and wellness in a loving manner.
Carla is an enthusiastic Board Certified Physician Assistant who works closely with Dr. Bashir. Carla is an Arizona native and completed her undergraduate education, locally, at the University of Arizona, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology. She then earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She developed a strong interest in cardiology during PA school and is enthusiastic about learning all there is in cardiac care. In her free time, Carla enjoys playing tennis, hiking, traveling, and skiing.
