What to Expect:

TRT through Men's T Clinic is individualized, and a treatment plan is typically established after two initial visits. Men's T Clinic offers multiple treatment options to serve the need of the patient based upon medical history, life stage, and more. Treatments can range from injection therapy to pharmaceutical gels and creams and/or ancillary services to enhance results or in lieu of TRT. Testosterone Replacement Therapy is covered by most insurance plans, but cash options are available, as is Care Credit (also offered for our Ancillary Service Line-up).

Mike grew up in several states and Germany. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Nebraska University through the Interservice Physician Assistant Program while serving in the US Army. He later was selected and earned his Doctorate of Science in Clinical Orthopedics through Baylor University/US Army Physician Assistant Orthopedic Fellowship.

Mike is a retired US Army Major with multiple combat deployments and an extensive background in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, Flight Surgery, and Orthopedics both non-operative and operative. His final assignment included Cast clinic chief, Adjunct faculty member to US Army Graduate School Academy Health Sciences, and senior Orthopedic Physician Assistant for Darnall Army Medical Center/Fort Hood, Texas. He is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Mike currently lives in Celina. He enjoys sports, hunting, fishing, and carpentry/building.

Chris Simpson, MD, is a family medicine physician practicing at Dickinson Family Medicine Clinic, located in Dickinson, Texas. He has been dedicated to practicing family medicine since 2018. He has a clinical interest in children’s, women’s, and men’s health and completes well-child exams, well-woman exams, adult physical exams, and Medicare annual wellness visits.

Dr. Simpson earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas. He attended medical school at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois. He completed his residency work at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB Health) at Galveston with a focus in family medicine. Dr. Simpson is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Texas Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association.

On a personal note, Dr. Simpson is married and has three children. He enjoys family time as well as playing golf and traveling.

Makenzie pioneered the marketing position for Bowman Physical Therapy in April of 2024. She handles all aspects of marketing for both clinic locations including things such as print and digital advertising, social media, patient and physician relations, and ensuring the Houston area knows Bowman Physical Therapy is here to provide quality physical therapy care. 

Makenzie is the daughter of Bowman Physical Therapy's Manager/Director and Physical Therapist, Royce Bowman. Makenzie fulfilled 8 years as a Real Estate Agent in beautiful Crested Butte, Colorado prior to moving back to Houston to be closer to family. 

 

In her spare time, Makenzie enjoys being outdoors and traveling back to Colorado to visit her old stomping grounds. She also enjoys spending time with her dog, Boone, who is often by her side at the clinics!

Hayden is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas and attended University of Arkansas for her undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After graduating, Hayden moved to Houston, TX where she worked as a cardiac nurse at Houston Methodist Hospital prior to obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing from UT Health Science Center. She specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Hayden strives to provide quality, patient-centered care and wants every patient to feel heard. Hayden is a proud member of Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, Houston Area Nurse Practitioners, and Texas Nurse Practitioners.
