I am a family nurse practitioner with vast experience in pediatrics, family medicine, addiction medicine and home health. I began my nursing career working in the pediatric unit at Duke University Hospital. I went on to earn my MSN degree with a focus of Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. After years of practicing family medicine in a rural health setting in North Carolina, I have started my own practice with the goal of improving access to healthcare for patients in rural Colorado. Kevin O’Donnell, DO, is an expert in non-surgical musculoskeletal care and bio-restorative therapies. He also specializes in minimally invasive treatments for osteoarthritis and chronic soft tissue injuries. Dr. O’Donnell offers care to patients at Breakthrough Regenerative Orthopedics at their Centennial, Colorado location.

Dr. O’Donnell is originally from West Chester, Pennsylvania, and completed medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. 

Dr. O’Donnell subsequently served in the United States Air Force and was named 6th Medical Group Physician of the Year. He completed a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Toledo Hospital in Ohio to further his orthopedic expertise. Dr. O’Donnell then spent 12 years in Flagstaff, Arizona, specializing in minimally invasive and cutting-edge non-operative treatments. While in Flagstaff, he cared for national and international Olympic Athletes training at high altitudes. 

Dr. O’Donnell was previously an adjunct professor at A. T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri. He looks forward to providing patients with the best possible non-surgical options available to help relieve their pain.

In his spare time, he enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling. Dr. O’Donnell also enjoys staying active. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys both participating in and watching a wide variety of sports. Dr. O’Donnell resides in Highlands Ranch with his wife, Meghan, and three energetic boys, Cole (8), Ryan (6), and Jack (3).

Floyd Russak, MD, is a double board-certified internist (1984) and holistic medicine (1999) specialist. He specializes in internal medicine, pediatrics, and geriatric care at Russak Personalized Medicine in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Dr. Russak grew up in Denver and graduated from Cherry Creek High School in 1973.  He earned his bachelor’s degree at Northwestern University in Chicago, studying music and biology.  He then went on to receive his doctorate of medicine at George Washington University in Washington, where he served on the team that treated President Ronald Reagan in 1981. 

Dr. Russak completed his internship and residency training in internal medicine and pediatrics at Harvard Medical School in Boston, where he served on the faculty for 12 years. He was the founder of Somerville Family Health, a 10-physician, four-office multispecialty in Boston, which he sold to Harvard in 1996.  He had numerous television appearances on CBS while in Boston.

Julie completed her undergraduate studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey, in 2018. Then, in 2020, she enrolled at William Paterson University, located in Wayne, New Jersey, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2023. 

Prior to her tenure at Broadway Family Practice, Julie accrued valuable experience working at Planned Parenthood as an advanced practice nurse and in a high-risk antepartum unit as a registered nurse. Morgan Broadway, DNP, FNP-C, is a primary care provider who was born and raised in Littleton, and it’s been her lifelong dream to serve the members of her community.

Dr. Broadway has over 15 years of healthcare experience. She attended nursing school at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, then worked in the surgical/trauma intensive care unit (ICU) before earning her Doctorate in Nursing Practice.

Since then, Dr. Broadway has expanded her knowledge by working in various primary care, geriatric medicine, urgent care, and medical aesthetics settings. At Broadway Family Practice, she has created a space that’s entirely different from the impersonal world of corporate health care.

Dr. Broadway believes a patient’s relationship with their primary care provider should be stable and lasting, with no rushed appointments or individuals feeling like a number in a system. She wants to get to know patients and their families to provide the highest quality care in a relaxing, welcoming environment.

In her free time, Dr. Broadway can be found spending time with her family. She and her husband welcomed their first daughter in January of 2022, and they have fun sharing a love of the outdoors, traveling, and their dog, Lily. Lawrence Scott Wilner, DO, is board certified in family medicine. He is proud to serve patients at Summit Primary Care in Denver, Colorado. 

Dr. Wilner loves medicine. Although he has been practicing medicine for more than 25 years, he still attacks each day with the interest and vigor of a freshly graduated physician. He loves his work and his interactions with his patients. 

He feels strongly that decision-making in medicine should be shared by the patient with the doctor and all choices should be adequately explained and reviewed. Dr. Wilner graduated from medical school in 1991. Dr. Rebecca Nickell is an Osteopathic Physician who graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. Dr. Ashleigh Sartor, MD is a graduate of Swedish Medical Center Family Medicine Residency. Prior to moving to Denver for residency, she received her medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, and undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Biology from Hope College in Michigan. Dr. Holly Vali, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner, serving ages across the lifespan, for over 20 years.  Holly graduated from Johns Hopkins with a DNP, specializing in antimicrobial stewardship. Daniel Witten, MD, FACP is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Ninth Avenue Internal Medicine in Denver, with over 23 years of professional experience. Dr. Witten graduated cum laude from Vilnius University Medical School and completed his internal medicine internship at the State University of New York and internal medicine and primary care residency at the University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver. He practiced at Rose Medical Center and founded the Ninth Avenue Internal Medicine Practice in 2003.

Deirdre Fraller, DNP, ANP-C, PMHNP-BC, is the founder, CEO, and Clinical Director of Owl & Eagle Health and Wellness. Outside of the office,  Dr. Fraller enjoys "indoorsy" activities like reading, cooking, and watching movies. She also loves playing outside with her family’s menagerie of dogs, cats, goats, and horses. This year, after 10 years in Colorado, she is venturing out of her comfort zone by learning to snowboard!
