Pannaben Nangha, MD, is an experienced, board-certified family medicine physician who offers high-quality services to people of all ages at Primary Care Doctors of Grand Prairie in Grand Prairie, Texas. Karan Staggers is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University College of Nursing (BSN) and Walden University (MSN in Nursing) specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner. Karan is associated with A.L.M.S. Community Health Center, Inc in Grand Prairie, Texas where she is actively practicing as an FNP-C. Karan has been in nursing for greater than 25 years specializing in pediatric nursing, critical care nursing, and emergency medicine. She has been recognized as a Sigma Theta Tau international member for nurses. She was awarded the P.R.I.D.E. (Participation, Respect, Integrity, Diversity and Excellence) Values award for nursing by the University of Chicago Hospital in Chicago, Illinois for excellence in nursing. After graduating in 1998 from the University of Medical Sciences of Havana, Cuba, I practiced primary and emergency medical care for 8 years. Then I specialized in Otolaryngology and gained the experience from both Cuba and Paraguay for 7 years. Upon arriving in the United States later that year, I began studying nursing with the purpose of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Then I served as the Allergy Nurse Manager at ENT clinic for nearly two years. I treat patients of all ages, focuses on family medicine, cares for chronic and acute diseases, minor emergencies, allergies and the assesses certain otolaryngology pathologies.My passion is to see my patients smile once they are recovered.

Regina Nicholson, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology. At their offices in Mansfield, Regina has been a team member since 2021. 

Raised in Colleyville, Texas, Regina graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School. She then received her Bachelor of Science degree at Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude. Regina majored in biology and secondary education.

Regina later graduated with an associate’s degree in medical assisting from Butler County Community College in Butler, Pennsylvania, in 2016 and began her career in Dermatology. In 2018, Regina received a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Rutgers University in New Jersey. She worked at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Dermatology Clinic treating patients, as a study coordinator for psoriasis studies, and preceptor for Physician Assistant students. She is currently a member of the Texas Association of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Regina is excited to join the Heights Dermatology team. She practices medical dermatology and performs skin cancer surgeries and other skin procedures. Regina enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, knitting, traveling, and reading science fiction in her free time.

Ms. Wright has been a Parker County resident since 2019 and a nurse for 20+ years. She grew up with an extraordinary passion of caring for others. Starting nursing school immediately after graduating high school in 1998 became her highest priority. Crystal has worked as a nurse for years in the McClennan and Bosque Counties. Her drive to provide more for her patients pushed her to continue her education. While working as a nurse she obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing and her Nurse Practitioner Certification from the University of Texas Arlington in 2019. Ms. Wright moved to Springtown in 2019 where she has spent the last 3 years practicing as a traveling Nurse Practitioner, providing home-based clinical visits and telehealth visits. As a believer in God’s timing the opportunity presented itself to partner with Dr. Wooten and Total Care Chiropractic to form Total Care Health Services.

Vijayalakshmi Raghu, MD, brings compassion and dedication for patient care to her practice at Irving Coppell Primary Care Doctors in Irving, Texas. Dr. Jaxel Lopez-Sepulveda is a board-certified family medicine physician serving men, women, and children at Clinica tu Salud in Irving, Texas. Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda is dedicated to providing his patients with compassionate, affordable, and individualized care. He founded Clinica tu Salud in 2017.

Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda was born in Puerto Rico and grew up interested in medicine and helping others. He looked up to his father, Dr. Angel Luis López Ruiz, a well-established surgeon in Puerto Rico.

At a young age, Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda realized his vocation to become a physician. His childhood brimmed with trips to the hospital where he would accompany and observe his father at work.

Lowell Phipps, M.D. is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. God led me to be a practicing physician. I was born in Southern CA, and moved to Texas when I started high school. I have been here ever since. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, participating in my church and watching/playing any kind of sport. I have 6 children. I live where I work. I like to be involved with the community where my patients reside and I am interested in community affairs.

Robert A. Bauer Jr., MSN, APRN, FNP-C joins BBC Health from Montrose, Michigan where he enjoyed spending his childhood. Fueled by a desire to serve others, Robert attended Michigan State University where he earned his Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing. Following graduation, Robert accepted a commission as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. His first duty station was in Minot, North Dakota where he served in a variety of humanitarian missions and obtained the rank of First Lieutenant. Upon achieving selection for training, Robert earned his Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska. From there, he was stationed at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas where he served for many years. As a part of the 52^nd Airlift Squadron, his duties were varied with a focus on Aerospace Medicine. Through hard work and commitment, Robert proceeded to obtain the rank of Captain and served with distinction until December 2002.

After serving his country, Robert began working as a Primary Care Provider in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, Physical Medicine, Urgent Care, and Alternative Medicine facilities. With over two decades of experience, Robert enjoys serving patients of all ages with family and physical medicine solutions. His passion is to help people achieve healthy lifestyles and stay healthy throughout their lives. 

Robert is married and has seven children and nine grandchildren. He currently resides in the Far North Dallas neighborhood and is active in his community and faith. Robert enjoys the outdoors, cycling, and spending time with his family.

Our provider is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005 from Adelphi University, New York. She began her Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). She takes pride in helping patients and believes that the patients should receive care at ease. Her patients praise her as "open," "easy to talk to," "authentic," and "intelligent”.
