A graduate of UT San Antonio, “Dr. J” (as she is known to her patients) joined us in 2004. Dr. Jaiswal heads our care coordination and outreach program that ensures the highest quality of care and customer service. Dr. Monica Ramirez is a Dallas native who has just completed her residency at UT Health San Antonio.  She is excited to be back in Dallas and thrilled to be joining Southwest Family Medicine Associates.

 Sarah Ashitey, MD is board certified in Family Medicine and provides comprehensive care both for the individual and family. She brings a patient-centered personal touch into every encounter and believes that each patient’s unique story is central to the healing process and path to wholeness and wellbeing.

She obtained her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and completed her residency at the esteemed John Peter Smith Hospital residency program. It is here that she gained the tools needed for broad spectrum family medicine as well as an unparalleled experience in procedural training.

Consequently Dr. Ashitey is able to offer her patients a wide array of services from her skill set including but not limited to chronic disease management, joint injections and dry needling, laser therapy and hormone therapy.

Frank Lee, MD, is a family and emergency medicine physician with decades of experience. Melita Williams, MD, is a board-certified family and integrative medicine specialist practicing at Healing Hands Holistic Health in Plano, Texas.
