Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. He provides guidance and monitors the performance of the physical therapists and the front desk staff as well as makes day-to-day decisions for the Farmingdale office in order to better serve the needs of our patients.

Dr. Lum is the primary Emergency Medicine physician at Forest Urgent Care. He graduated from SUNY Stony Brook Medical School and did his residency at NYU/ Bellevue Hospital. He has over 20 years of experience as an emergency room doctor at some of the best hospitals in New York including:  Columbia Hospital  and Montefiore Hospital. Joseph Onorato, MD, FAAD, has over 30 years of experience practicing dermatology and is board-certified. In 1995, Dr. Onorato founded All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, which now serves Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.

He acts as the practice’s medical director, encouraging his team to provide the best skin care services in the area. He focuses on general dermatology and dermatologic surgery including laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectable fillers.

Dr. Onorato completed his undergraduate studies at Adelphi University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Prashanth Mannam, MD, has over 20 years of experience as an internist and primary care provider. He offers patient-focused care to patients aged 12 and older at Mannam Medical & Wellness in the Soundview neighborhood of The Bronx in New York City. 

Dr. Mannam completed his training in medicine in Madras, India. He earned his medical degree at the Madras Medical College and served his internship at the Madras Medical College General Hospital. 

After spending a year honing his skills as a primary care physician at Kommalapati Nursing Home in Ongole, India, he moved to the United States, where he completed his internal medicine residency at New York’s Montefiore North Medical Center in The Bronx. Raina Weyrauch, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner at Tru Medical Management in New York, with offices in the Navy Hill and Williamsburg neighborhoods of Brooklyn. There, Dr. Weyrauch provides personalized, high-quality care to patients of all ages. 

Board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Dr. Weyrauch brings over four years of clinical experience to her role and specializes in chronic care management, HIV prevention and treatment—including PrEP—and joint health.
