I was raised in St. Louis, MO and moved to Texas with my family in 2008. I became a registered nurse over 25 years ago and worked as a cardiac and critical care nurse before moving overseas and shifting my focus to global & integrative health care.
I received my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with an emphasis in Family Practice from Texas Tech University and joined the practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
In my spare time I enjoy being with my family and friends, traveling, water sports, reading, and all things music. I am also a dedicated St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan.
“Taking care of people is my passion and my calling. I look forward to taking care of you and working with you to meet your healthcare goals.”
I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice, specializing in family practice, weight loss management, and medical aesthetics.
I live in Highland Village with my husband and 3 children. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and listening to my favorite podcasts.
For 20 years, I have worked as a nurse in the emergency department which has taught me to recognize and treat a wide range of ailments. My desire to continue to help people during their time of need but also to focus more on preventative health led me to become a nurse practitioner.
I strive to provide compassionate, quality, timely, and appropriate care to all patients. Conversing and connecting with patients comes naturally to me. I enjoy explaining to patients the steps they should take for optimal lifelong health as well as, the care they need during times of illness or injury.
