About Dr. Lopez

Dr. Jaxel Lopez-Sepulveda is a board-certified family medicine physician serving men, women, and children at Clinica tu Salud in Irving, Texas. Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda is dedicated to providing his patients with compassionate, affordable, and individualized care. He founded Clinica tu Salud in 2017.

Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda was born in Puerto Rico and grew up interested in medicine and helping others. He looked up to his father, Dr. Angel Luis López Ruiz, a well-established surgeon in Puerto Rico.

At a young age, Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda realized his vocation to become a physician. His childhood brimmed with trips to the hospital where he would accompany and observe his father at work.

Since his early years, Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda has found the field of medicine riveting and believes the experiences with his father taught him the framework and principles of methodical, empathetic, and efficient care. His primary goal is to enhance patient wellness overall.

Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda aims to help men, women, and children in Irving, Texas, and the surrounding areas. His premise is that it doesn’t matter where you stand economically, you deserve access to the highest standard of medical care.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda can effectively communicate with a diverse group of patients. He also specializes in the prevention and management of chronic diseases.

Clinica tu Salud offers an innovative weight-loss program and has an in-office laboratory for faster test results and convenience.

When he isn’t in the office, Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda cherishes spending time with his family, friends, and his dogs. He also enjoys working out, biking, and traveling.

Dr. Niti Randhawa is a Board Certified in Family Medicine and has been a practicing physician for 20 years. She is a proud native of Plano, Texas where she graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1988. She did her undergraduate training in pre-med at Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she earned a BA in Biology in 1992. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1996 where she was classmates with Dr. Chrisette Dharma. She then completed her residency in family medicine in 1999 at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, one of the most prestigious family medicine programs in the state of Texas. 

Dr. Randhawa chose medicine as her lifelong calling at a very early age when it became clear that she had a deep desire to help others, especially those who suffered from illness and disease. Throughout her medical training and career, she developed a deep interest in combining traditional, natural medicine with proven complementary and alternative methods for healing. She continues to study and pursue this exciting side of medicine, because she feels strongly that both sides are necessary for helping patients to achieve optimal health and well-being. After completing her medical training, Dr. Randhawa was honored to work with a well known Complementary and Alternative Medicine physician in North Texas to hone in on this cutting edge aspect of medicine. Dr. Randhawa brings her insight and training to Southwest Family Medicine Associates so we can continue to offer our patients the most advanced medicine. 

When Dr. Randhawa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her son, and her dog, a 200-pound Great Dane. She enjoys traveling, exercising, playing the piano and has an ongoing quest and thirst for knowledge.

Dr. Spitzer is a board-certified family physician whose career has spanned more than 25 years guiding patients through recovery from cardiac surgery, coronary artery stenting, and post-myocardial infarctions using the power of exercise. As she observed how lifestyle changes positively impacted her patients' overall health, Dr. Spitzer decided to pursue the field of lifestyle medicine.

Now fully certified in both family medicine and lifestyle medicine, Dr. Spitzer is passionate about providing holistic healthcare and lending her expertise to Southwest Mind & Body Care in Dallas, TX. She leads a team of holistic wellness specialists using clinically proven therapeutic lifestyle interventions alongside natural medicine to treat and prevent chronic conditions. Dr. Spitzer is ready to help you make some positive changes to your health and wellness. She can help set goals and make life-changing choices.

When she’s not helping patients, Dr. Spitzer is exercising, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

After completing her residency in 1999 at St. Paul’s Hospital in Dallas, Dr. Dharma single handedly grew her small medical practice into Southwest Family Medicine Associates (SFMA). As the medical director, she brings her passion for innovative and cutting edge technology to the practice, and worked to secure recognition of SFMA as a “medical home” from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)-an elite accreditation which only 1,500 clinics in the nation hold. Dr. Dharma has a “no stone left unturned” philosophy to medicine, which has earned her a strong following of patients. She also believes that prevention is the key to good health, which lead her to establish our on-site wellness center in 2014. Her dedication to medicine is represented by the multiple board positions she holds, including president of her local chapter to being on the board of the national Texas of Physicians- (TAFP). As an associate clinical faculty member at UT Southwestern, she has taught medical student for over 15 years. In her spare time, she enjoys cross-fit, Capoeira martial arts, and spending time with ther family.

Dr. Monica Ramirez is a Dallas native who has just completed her residency at UT Health San Antonio.  She is excited to be back in Dallas and thrilled to be joining Southwest Family Medicine Associates. 

Dr. Ramirez pursued Family Medicine as it allows her to form trusting and long-lasting relationships with patients and their family members. She is a strong believer of the “whole person” approach which is at the heart of family medicine and an advocate of education and preventive medicine.

 Sarah Ashitey, MD is board certified in Family Medicine and provides comprehensive care both for the individual and family. She brings a patient-centered personal touch into every encounter and believes that each patient’s unique story is central to the healing process and path to wholeness and wellbeing.

She obtained her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and completed her residency at the esteemed John Peter Smith Hospital residency program. It is here that she gained the tools needed for broad spectrum family medicine as well as an unparalleled experience in procedural training.

Consequently Dr. Ashitey is able to offer her patients a wide array of services from her skill set including but not limited to chronic disease management, joint injections and dry needling, laser therapy and hormone therapy.

She heads up the Sexual Healing and Wellness programs at Southwest Family where we offer Adam and Eve packages using laser and PRP shots for Penile Enhancement and Vaginal Rejuvenation.

Dr. Sarah has an integrative philosophical background, so she works with the whole person to combine meds, and other natural modalities to get the best results.

In her spare time, she enjoys storytelling, travel, and playing tennis. She has a special interest in community health and development and lends her time outside of clinical hours to community-based research and various community health initiatives.

A graduate of UT San Antonio, “Dr. J” (as she is known to her patients) joined us in 2004. Dr. Jaiswal heads our care coordination and outreach program that ensures the highest quality of care and customer service. She gets much joy in caring for those who are in need, and is known for her loving and compassionate bedside manners, especially when caring for the elderly. Her clinical emphasis is on managing hypertension and heart disease. Outside of work Dr Jaiswal enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Frank Lee, MD, is a family and emergency medicine physician with decades of experience. GLP-1 weight loss provider, specialist and coach He enjoys practicing medicine at North Tex MedCare Clinic and Urgent Care, which has convenient locations in Allen, Addison, Fort Worth, and San Antonio, Texas. He also provides telemedicine service and is able to see patients online all over the US. 

Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico, and New York Medical College in New York City. After graduation, he completed a residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin.

He is now involved with weight loss speciality with GLP-1 weight loss and coaching and support.  Years of experience in telemedicine, primary care, urgent care and emergency medicine, Dr. Lee has extensive experience providing responsive care to patients. He has also treats patients for weight loss with todays current medication of Tirzepatide and Semaglutide. . He has been an advocate for telemedicine since it rose in popularity around 2008 and continues to integrate remote care into his work.

Dr. Lee’s well-rounded expertise also includes weight loss, primary care, urgent care. pediatrics, dermatology, and psychiatry, allowing him to provide primary care services for patients of all ages. He specializes in GLP-1 weight loss and maintenance, chronic disease management, cold and flu care, injury treatment, and other conditions that demand prompt attention.

Dr. Lee takes the time to understand each patient’s needs, ensuring his expertise aligns with their needs and goals.

Outside of work, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, learning new AI technology, attending trade shows and events and sporting events.

Paul Worrell, DO, leads the team at Dallas Family Medicine in Dallas, Texas. His goal for the clinic was to create a space where he could treat the entire family. Dr. Worrell finds it incredibly rewarding to treat three and sometimes even four generations of the same family.

Dr. Worrell graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin before receiving his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center in Ft. Worth, Texas. As Associate Professor of Family Medicine, he has taught numerous medical students, nurse practitioners, PA students, interns, and residents throughout his career.

Knowing the entire family helps Dr. Worrell have a comprehensive understanding of each patient's needs. He believes in taking a conservative approach to treating patients, with surgery and even certain drugs being the last alternative. Dr. Worrell has hospital affiliations at the Medical City of Dallas and Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.

Keith Kirbow, NP, is a dedicated nurse practitioner (NP) at New Genesis Vitality in McKinney, Texas. He specializes in health and wellness for both physical and mental health and is committed to empowering individuals to achieve optimal well-being through holistic care and lifestyle interventions.

Keith discovered his passion for healthcare at a young age, inspired by his mother’s compassionate nursing care during a long career in healthcare. Raised in a tight-knit family in East Texas, he was drawn to the healing arts and determined to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

After completing his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, Keith pursued advanced training in nursing, earning a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in family nurse practitioner (FNP) studies. He continued his academic journey, obtaining a second specialization in psychiatric mental health (PMHNP) studies, with a focus on mental health and wellness.

Throughout his educational and clinical training, Keith developed expertise in preventive care, health promotion, mental health wellness, and lifestyle medicine. He completed clinical rotations in diverse settings, including primary care clinics, wellness centers, psychiatry, and integrative medicine practices. This experience honed his skills in comprehensive mental and physical health assessments, patient education, and evidence-based interventions.

As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Keith has spent over five years providing compassionate care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. His experience as a nurse practitioner is combined with over 20 years of extensive work in nursing. Keith specializes in mental and physical health wellness and care, guiding patients on their journey toward optimal health and vitality.

Keith is a strong advocate for a holistic approach to healthcare, emphasizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit in achieving wellness. He integrates complementary therapies such as nutrition counseling, mindfulness practices, and stress management techniques into his treatment plans, empowering patients to take an active role in their health and well-being.

Outside of his professional role, Keith enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing his spiritual beliefs, and traveling with his family. He is an avid reader and lifelong learner, continually seeking out opportunities for personal growth and self-care.

Jeff Beaty, DO, is a board-certified physician practicing at New Genesis Vitality in McKinney, Texas. He specializes in the fields of fat loss/weight management, longevity, vitality, fitness, and nutrition and is committed to an ethical and holistic approach to health and wellness. Dr. Beaty integrates traditional medical principles with cutting-edge research to develop personalized strategies tailored to everyone’s individual unique needs and objectives. 

His approach emphasizes the importance of balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, lifestyle modifications, and medical modalities to promote sustainable weight loss and enhance vitality which fosters longevity. Some of his accomplishments/sports have been his 3rd-degree black belt in Isshinryu Karate, five-time Ironman triathlon finisher, and now bodybuilding.

Pradeep Parihar, MD has devoted his medical career to family medicine, with a subspecialty in sports medicine, to help patients at Express Family Clinic in Allen, Texas, lead long and active lives. With a relationship-first approach, Dr. Parihar works with his patients, both young and old, to monitor their health through holistic and preventive practices that keep them functioning at their very best during every stage of life.

Dr. Parihar earned his medical and surgical degrees at Shyam Shah Medical College in India and then traveled to the United States, where he completed his residency in family practice at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. Not stopping there, Dr. Parihar received a fellowship in primary care sports medicine from St. Vincent Medical Center in Los Angeles.

To stay abreast of the best medical practices, Dr. Parihar became certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and he holds memberships in the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Texas Medical Association, and the Association of American Indian Physicians.

As a testament to his caring approach, Dr. Parihar has received awards from the American Registry for the Most Compassionate Doctor and Patient’s Choice Doctor. In 2016, he also received recognition as a World’s Top Doctor.

Sunil Modi, MD of Express Family Clinic is board-certified in both family medicine and geriatrics, which means he’s with you every step of the way as you journey through life. His goal is to provide primary care to people in Allen, Texas and the surrounding communities. His practice is personal, experienced, up-to-date, and, above all, comprehensive.

Dr. Modi earned his medical and surgical degrees at B.J. Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. After graduating, Dr. Modi came to the United States and completed his residency at Temple University/Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania in family practice. He then completed his residency in geriatric medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Not only is Dr. Modi certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Geriatrics Society, but he also holds memberships in the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Texas Medical Association.

Throughout his education and medical career, Dr. Modi has been recognized for his customer service and awarded Best Resident and Exceptional Role Model for his residency. Dr Modi is recognized as one of D Magazine’s 2025 Best Doctors in Collin County. Dr Modi also recognized by United health as United Hero for the year 2024.

Dr. Modi, who speaks English, Hindi, and Gujarati, lives in Allen with his wife and two boys. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to music, reading, and practicing yoga.
