Stacey L. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from The University of Texas at Arlington, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Stacey’s clinical training included 720 hours of hands-on experience in family primary care, solidifying her commitment to preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient education.
Stacey’s extensive RN background includes leadership roles as a charge nurse and preceptor in the Burn ICU at Parkland Hospital and specialized wound care experience at Lifecare Hospital of Dallas and Texas Health Resources. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and holds active licensure as an APRN and RN in the state of Texas.

Dr. Khalida Yasmin leads the medical staff at Premier Wellness Clinics. She brings her years of medical experience to the Little Elm – Frisco communities to provide quality medical services. As an experienced board-certified physician in family medicine, she has the experience and expertise to properly manage and treat both acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages. Saba Shabnam, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician in Grapevine, Texas, proudly serving the communities in the Dallas Fort Worth area for more than 15 years. Dr. Shabnam graduated with honors from the Dow University of Health Sciences in Karachi, Pakistan, in 1996. She moved to the United States and completed her family medicine training at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York City, affiliated with Weill Cornell Medical College. Through this residency, Dr. Shabnam served as chief resident.
Post-residency, Dr. Shabnam moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and has been working in private practice since 2005. She works closely with specialists and physicians in other disciplines to provide her patients with the best, individualized treatment. She has special skills and interests in functional and anti-aging medicine, wellness, aesthetics, and FUE hair transplants. She is distinctive in implementing a comprehensive approach to treating simple as well as complicated illnesses.
