Dr. Ahmed earned his Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine in Miramar, Florida. After graduating, he completed his internal and family medicine residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, where he was chief resident. 

Dr. Ahmed’s dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and his emphasis on patient education make him a trusted healthcare provider in his community. His warm and empathetic approach to patient care has earned him the respect and gratitude of patients and colleagues.

Frank Lee, MD, is a family and emergency medicine physician with decades of experience. GLP-1 weight loss provider, specialist and coach He enjoys practicing medicine at North Tex MedCare Clinic and Urgent Care, which has convenient locations in Allen, Addison, Fort Worth, and San Antonio, Texas. He also provides telemedicine service and is able to see patients online all over the US. 

Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico, and New York Medical College in New York City. After graduation, he completed a residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin.

He is now involved with weight loss speciality with GLP-1 weight loss and coaching and support.  Years of experience in telemedicine, primary care, urgent care and emergency medicine, Dr. Lee has extensive experience providing responsive care to patients. He has also treats patients for weight loss with todays current medication of Tirzepatide and Semaglutide. . He has been an advocate for telemedicine since it rose in popularity around 2008 and continues to integrate remote care into his work.

Dr. Lee’s well-rounded expertise also includes weight loss, primary care, urgent care. pediatrics, dermatology, and psychiatry, allowing him to provide primary care services for patients of all ages. He specializes in GLP-1 weight loss and maintenance, chronic disease management, cold and flu care, injury treatment, and other conditions that demand prompt attention.

Outside of work, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, learning new AI technology, attending trade shows and events and sporting events.

A Texas native, Dr. McCurley earned his undergraduate degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and completed his medical degree at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He went on to complete his Family Medicine residency at St. Paul Hospital in Dallas, and has remained in the DFW area since 1988, faithfully serving generations of patients.

Dr. McCurley provides comprehensive primary care for adults and families, with extensive experience in managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and other common medical conditions, as well as acute illnesses and preventive care. He believes that listening well, investing time, and building trust with patients leads to better health outcomes and longer, healthier lives—a philosophy that aligns beautifully with the mission of Livingspring Family Medical Center.

Beyond his clinical work, Dr. McCurley has participated in medical mission trips to Africa and Mexico, reflecting his heart for service and compassionate care beyond borders. He has been married to his wife, Pamela, for 28 years, and together they have three daughters. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and listening to music.

“Why do you care so much?“

That was the question he asked after I discussed the need to take his medications and make a few lifestyle changes.

He was asked to see me as a last resort.

“We all die eventually “ he continued.

I looked at him.

And paused.

That was a deep question.

“But there is a way to die. After living long and well. “ I responded.

We then spoke about his dreams to own a fancier car and move to a smaller town.

We spoke about ways to lower his blood pressure naturally and why he should still take his medications while we work together to reduce them with lifestyle hacks.

Meet Dr Olabintan

Tolulope Olabintan, MD, DipABLM, FAAFP, DABoM or “Dr. O“ as she is fondly called by her patients, leads the medical team at Livingspring Family Medical Center, a primary care center located in Mansfield, Texas. She is a Board-Certified Family Physician, a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She also completed a Women’s Health Fellowship and is a certified HIV specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. She has over 18 years of medical experience.Dr. Olabintan is a life-enthusiast, a Christian, wife, and mom who enjoys good cuisine and can’t get enough of the colors teal and orange. She is a blogger, foodie, YouTuber, mentor, speaker and health advocate.

She and her husband Jimi Olabintan opened the doors to Livingspring Family Medical Center July, 26th 2021 to fulfill their vision of creating a center where sincere care meets wholesome care. Jimi Olabintan serves as the Chief Operations Officer along side Dr. Olabintan. “Livingspring“ was inspired by the Holy Bible describing God as “The Source of Living Waters“ and the ultimate source of true healing.

Karan Staggers is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University College of Nursing (BSN) and Walden University (MSN in Nursing) specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner. Karan is associated with A.L.M.S. Certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Texas certified Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner Education: Master of Science (Nursing), graduated in 2013 Bachelor of Science (Nursing), graduated in 2005 Yaminah has been in the field of nursing for over 17 years. After earning her nursing degree at Winston-Salem State University, she demonstrates an impressive history of providing primary care across multiple medical entities including medical-surgical, oncology, adult gerontology, trauma unit and medical surgical. She obtained her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina and is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Before moving to Waxahachie, Texas she lived in Killeen, Texas to support her military spouse. She worked in the community as a house call nurse practitioner. She also provided primary care as a nurse practitioner in Mansfield, Texas.

A physician with over 10 years of experience in clinical medicine, Dr. Cauthen has also studied healthcare policy and management at Berkley and worked in research at the University of California, San Francisco and in Washington DC. He has served as a Lt. Commander in the US Public Health Service Corps and worked with the Indian Health Service in Alaska serving the Inuit population. Dr. Cauthen worked at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) where he was responsible for disease surveillance and outbreak investigations at the national and state level. He was stationed for two years in Puerto Rico, and worked closely with the Puerto Rico Secretary of Health on numerous health policy issues. As State Epidemiologist for Oklahoma, Dr. Cauthen contributed to the development of bioterrorism response within the state and helped develop partnerships for an early warning disease surveillance system in the state. He now serves as medical director and continues his research.

Lowell Phipps, M.D. is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. God led me to be a practicing physician. I was born in Southern CA, and moved to Texas when I started high school. I have been here ever since. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, participating in my church and watching/playing any kind of sport. I have 6 children. I live where I work. I like to be involved with the community where my patients reside and I am interested in community affairs.
