Omid A. Shaye, MD, brings a wealth of experience and a vast body of knowledge to Gastroenterology Associates of Beverly Hills. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. A resident of Los Angeles for most of his life, Dr. Shaye is married to Kelly and they have four young daughters.

Dr. Abdullah graduated from Damascus University School of Medicine in 1989. Certified with the American Board of Pediatric Gastroenterology and the American Board of Pediatrics since 1995, Dr. Abdullah served his residency in the Medical College of Ohio, and his fellowship in Riley Children’s Hospital and the Indiana University School of Medicine. John Rivas, MD, is a triple board-certified gastroenterologist and founder of Rivas Digestive Center in Hollywood, Florida. Dr. Rivas and the team are committed to offering comprehensive, patient-centered gastrointestinal care with the highest level of professionalism, quality, and care.

Dr. Rivas graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. Jaydeep Kadam, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist at Long Island Gastro in Syosset, Long Island, New York. Dr. Kadam majored in public health at John Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He then went on to earn his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine. Albert M. Harary, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist and internal medicine physician, practicing on Manhattan’s Upper East Side since 1984. Nicholas Martinez, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist providing complete care for patients at Gastroenterology Clinic of San Antonio. Dr. Martinez found his inspiration for pursuing a career in medicine after observing the health problems suffered by close family members when he was growing up. Dr. Nancy Lau received her BA at Barnard College, Columbia University.  Before becoming a physician, she performed research at the Sloan-Kettering Institute.  As a staff physician at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, she authored a research grant for clinical research.  She has been widely published in peer-reviewed medical journals.  In addition to research, Dr. Lau was an instructor, leading Problem-Based Learning groups for medical students at the Cornell Medical School.  She was co-director of the Gastroenterology fellowship program at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Manhattan, and has trained many gastroenterology fellows.
