Dr. Nazer Abdel-Fattah, brings nearly 30 years of medical expertise to SAFE Wellness Center as the Medical Director and Chief Medical Doctor. A graduate of Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Abdel-Fattah specializes in wellness-focused care, with a strong emphasis on hormone replacement therapy, longevity medicine, and the emerging field of peptide therapy. Dr. Mohamad El Abdallah, a board-certified internal medicine physician with over a decade of experience, is opening his own outpatient practice in Metro Detroit. He completed his medical degree at Beirut Arab University and residency at Beaumont Hospital–Dearborn, with additional experience in hospitalist and critical care roles. Dr. El Abdallah focuses on personalized, preventative, and whole-person care, including chronic disease management and tailored wellness plans. Ahmed Rashed, MD, is an interventional cardiologist at Premier Cardiovascular Consultants. Currently, he will be providing patient care at our Troy, Michigan. His clinical specialties include coronary artery disease, heart attack care, heart valve disease, heart failure, arrhythmia, treatment of pulmonary embolism and peripheral vascular disease.

He is board-certified in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Medicine, Internal Medicine, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography as well as Vascular Interpretation. A graduate of Ain Shams University College of Medicine, Dr. Rashed completed a residency in Cardiovascular Medicine at Dar Al Fouad Hospital and earned a Master of Science degree from Ain Shams University.

He then completed an internal medicine residency at Detroit Medical Center / Wayne State University followed by specialty and subspecialty fellowships in Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University. Dr. Rashed is the author and co-author of a number of research articles in leading medical journals.

His research interests include ischemic preconditioning and the role of mechanical circulatory support in shock and myocardial infarction. Dr. Rashed has been a reviewer for several medical journals. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. Dr. Rashed enjoys spending time with his three children, biking, soccer and traveling.

Hammam Zmily is a board-certified Cardiologist at Premier Cardiovascular Consultants. He provides patient care at our locations in Troy, Taylor, and Detroit, Michigan.

Dr. Zmily earned his medical degree at the University of Jordan in Amman, Jordan. He later moved to Detroit, Michigan to complete his internship at the Detroit Medical Center of Wayne State University. Looking to further his knowledge and skills to help others, he completed a cardiology fellowship and interventional cardiology training at Detroit Medical Center.

Dr. Moza completed his medical degree at the Government Medical College and Hospital in Chandigarh, India. He went on to complete his residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. He further completed specialty and subspecialty training in cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology training at the University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.

He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.

Chadi Saad, MD, a double board-certified nephrologist and internist with extensive experience in kidney care, focuses on preventive health care, patient education, and personalized treatment at his practice, Nephrocare MD, in Dearborn, Michigan.

In addition to preventing the progression of chronic kidney disease, Dr. Saad has special interests in hypertension nephrology, end-stage renal disease (ESRD), and supporting patient choices when faced with dialysis.

Stacy Zwick Ker, DO,  is a board-certified physician in nephrology and hypertension, and internal medicine. She sees patients at Hypertension Nephrology Associates, PC, in Livonia, Michigan. 

Dr. Ker was born in Orrville, Ohio, and is a graduate of Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine (OUCOM). Dr. Ker is a member of the National Osteopathic Honor Society, which is an honor given to those showing a high degree of scholarship and service to their college and/or profession. Dr. Ker completed both her internship and residency in internal medicine at Botsford Hospital, located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. She then continued at Botsford Hospital to complete her nephrology subspecialty program and was named Chief Nephrology Fellow in her final year of training. 

Currently, Dr. Ker is a member of the National Kidney Foundation (NKF), the American Society of Nephrology (ASN), and the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). Dr. Ker is the first physician in Hypertension Nephrology Associates, PC to be certified by The American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (ASDIN) in Hemodialysis Vascular Access Procedures.
