Dr. Candance Leaphart-St Cloud is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and the founder of Allcare for Women, LLC, a boutique OB/GYN practice in Henderson, Nevada dedicated to personalized, comprehensive women’s healthcare. Dr. McHale’s journey into medicine began in college as an emergency room technician where she discovered her passion for healthcare. This passion led her to medical school where she was drawn to women’s health. It provided an opportunity for her to care for patients over their lifespan, build lasting connections with them, celebrate with them, support them through difficult times, and offer educated solutions to their medical issues.

While delivering babies initially captivated her, the evolving field of gynecologic surgery and treatments solidified her choice to pursue Obstetrics and Gynecology as a specialty. She became robotics-certified after fifteen years of practice and is currently studying to become a menopause-certified practitioner (MSCP), with plans to sit for the exam in October 2024.

Recognized for her experience in managing high-risk pregnancies, Dr. McHale consistently delivers quality care to those with complicated conditions. She also has a special interest in helping women navigate the transitions of perimenopause and menopause, offering unique expertise honed over years of practice.

Dr. McHale is active in medical association leadership, serving as the president of the Clark County Medical Society from 2021-2022 as well as other leadership roles for the past decade. In 2021, she was awarded the Community Service Award from the Nevada State Medical Association for leading the “Mask A Hero” project during the COVID-19 pandemic. An associate faculty member for the Sunrise Health Consortium GME program, she has trained more than 25 future family practice physicians at Southern Hills Hospital since 2021.

Dr. McHale has been practicing in Southern Nevada since 2008, following her medical education at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and residency at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Pennsylvania.

Having spent her clinical years in El Paso, TX, Dr. McHale is proficient in medical Spanish.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. McHale and her husband, Tim, enjoy RV adventures, boating at Lake Mead, and participating in the St. Jude Marathon Weekend in support of their niece Scout, a brain cancer survivor. They are proud pet parents to two cats and love spending time with their five nieces and nephews. Dr. McHale also enjoys reading mystery novels, learning about wine, and cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights.

Dr. McHale is originally from central Texas, and went to medical school at Texas Tech University.  She then moved to Pennsylvania for residency, and met her husband there.  They decided to move west after she finished residency, and Las Vegas was the perfect match for them!   She was employed by a group practice for four years, and started her own practice, WHASN Sunset Valley, in January 2013.  In her time outside of her practice, Dr. McHale enjoys curling up with a good book, exploring the many wonderful culinary opportunities that Las Vegas has to offer, and learning about the art of winemaking.

Darwana Ratleff Todd, MD, FACOG, MSCP, is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology with 20+ years of experience. She is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and completed her medical school and residency training at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. She is a decorated military veteran who served her country during Operation Desert Storm and again, during Operation Enduring Freedom at Walter Reed Medical Center in DC. She’s a member of ACOG, AMA, NMA, The Menopause Society and recently The International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH). She has a passion for all aspects of women’s health. Todd Stearns embarked on his journey in the healthcare field after completing his service in the U.S. military. He initially worked in sales within the pharmaceutical industry. Concurrently, he dedicated his time as a volunteer, first as an orderly in a psychiatric care unit and later as a medical technician at a hospital in Washington D.C. During his sales visits, Stearns engaged in conversations with a variety of patients in waiting rooms. These interactions, both intriguing and enlightening, uncovered a common desire among patients for a better level of health. They expressed their individual health concerns and aspirations for a more fulfilling life, seeking guidance to achieve these goals. These experiences sowed the seeds for what would later become Arc-1 Metrics, showcasing Stearns' commitment to enhancing healthcare through understanding and addressing patient needs.

Guy A. Torres earned his medical degree in 1987 from the University of Kansas College of Health Sciences and Hospital in Kansas City, Kansas and completed his residency in OB/GYN at St. Joseph Hospital/ Creighton University Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Torres has been practicing in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas since 1991 and founded Green Valley OB/GYN in 1998. He specializes in laporoscopic surgeries. Dr. Tyre and her husband have two daughters and she enjoys CrossFit, music, traveling, hiking and reading as well as spending time with her family.

Paul T. Wilkes, MD, FACOG, offers expert perinatal care to women in the communities of Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada, at Desert Perinatal Associates. He received his bachelor of arts degree from Pepperdine University and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Nevada School of Medicine, where he also performed post-graduate work in obstetrics and gynecology. Throughout his education, he received numerous awards and honors for academics and research.

Dr. Wilkes served as an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Nevada and as an Instructor/Fellow in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. Joseph Adashek, MD, FACOG, is rated by U.S. News & World Report as being among the top 1% of physicians in the nation practicing in the field of Perinatology. An award-winning and widely published physician, Dr. Adashek received his undergraduate degree from the University of California Los Angeles and his Doctor of Medicine from Penn State College of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Northwestern University in Chicago and was awarded a fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at the University of California Irvine.

Dr. Adashek has served in many hospital leadership positions and is currently the Director of the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Summerlin Hospital Medical Center and Southern Hills Hospital. He is also an Associate Clinical Professor in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Nevada School of Medicine and serves as an instructor at Touro University.

In his free time, Dr. Adashek spends time with his wife and daughter and loves playing soccer and racquetball.

Donald L. Roberts, MD, FACOG, has offered his expertise in perinatal care to women who have high-risk pregnancies for more than 20 years. He currently offers services at Desert Perinatal Associates with offices in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. Board-certified in both maternal-fetal medicine and obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Roberts prides himself on offering excellent care so moms and babies achieve the best outcomes.

Dr. Roberts completed his bachelor of science degree at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. He earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine and practiced general obstetrics and gynecology in Las Vegas for two years before pursuing his passion in helping care for women with high-risk pregnancies. Dr. Roberts completed his fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at the University of California San Diego where he was granted the resident teaching award.

Continuing with his award-winning teaching, Dr. Roberts gave lectures for medical students and residents during his time as Chairman of the OB/GYN Department at the University of Nevada School of Medicine and while serving as Chief of the Department of OB/GYN at UMC Hospital.

Dr. Roberts is active in research, lectures, and providing medical care to underserved areas of Las Vegas. He continues to teach residents and students as an assistant professor at the University of Nevada School of Medicine and Touro University.

Dr. Roberts is married to his wife, an OB/GYN, and has five wonderful children. He loves traveling, snow skiing, running, and time at the beach.
