Dr. Candance Leaphart-St Cloud is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and the founder of Allcare for Women, LLC, a boutique OB/GYN practice in Henderson, Nevada dedicated to personalized, comprehensive women’s healthcare. Luanna Durden, APRN, is one of the skilled providers seeing patients at WHASN Sunset Valley in Las Vegas, Nevada. Luanna has nearly 20 years of experience in OB-GYN and a lifelong passion for caring for women. Luanna uses her broad clinical background to provide individualized, evidence-based care. A Las Vegas native, Luanna attended UNLV with an initial interest in medical school. After starting a family, she redirected her path to nursing and graduated from CSN in 2005. She worked in Labor and Delivery at UMC before moving to San Diego in 2008 to complete a Master of Nursing specializing in Midwifery and Women’s Health. After graduating in 2011, she practiced in Reading, Pennsylvania, for 10 years as a midwife. During that time, she worked both inpatient and outpatient, mentored OB-GYN residents, and served as the only midwife who consistently interviewed medical students for the residency program for six years. In 2021, she returned to Las Vegas and now concentrates on women’s health in a clinic setting.

She is currently studying to sit for the Menopause Certified Practitioner exam to further expand her expertise in midlife care.

Outside of work, Luanna enjoys traveling, visiting her adult children, and spending time with her fur babies. She’s a hands-on crafter, teaching herself to sew during COVID to make masks and surgical caps (and later sewing a backpack), and she loves making vinyl creations with her Cricut. Celeste considers it a privilege to educate and care for women through all stages of life, particularly enjoying her role in guiding them through pregnancy, delivery, and the postpartum period.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Dr. Staci McHale is a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN who takes pride in giving personalized care. Her approach is deeply rooted in getting to know her patients as individuals and she considers it a privilege to be part of their most significant life moments. She believes in spending ample time with her patients and encourages active participation in decision-making regarding their care. Having shared in the births of more than 8,000 babies, Dr. McHale finds immense joy and satisfaction in her career.

Dr. McHale’s journey into medicine began in college as an emergency room technician where she discovered her passion for healthcare. This passion led her to medical school where she was drawn to women’s health. It provided an opportunity for her to care for patients over their lifespan, build lasting connections with them, celebrate with them, support them through difficult times, and offer educated solutions to their medical issues.

While delivering babies initially captivated her, the evolving field of gynecologic surgery and treatments solidified her choice to pursue Obstetrics and Gynecology as a specialty. She became robotics-certified after fifteen years of practice and is currently studying to become a menopause-certified practitioner (MSCP), with plans to sit for the exam in October 2024.

Recognized for her experience in managing high-risk pregnancies, Dr. McHale consistently delivers quality care to those with complicated conditions. She also has a special interest in helping women navigate the transitions of perimenopause and menopause, offering unique expertise honed over years of practice.

Dr. McHale is active in medical association leadership, serving as the president of the Clark County Medical Society from 2021-2022 as well as other leadership roles for the past decade. In 2021, she was awarded the Community Service Award from the Nevada State Medical Association for leading the “Mask A Hero” project during the COVID-19 pandemic. An associate faculty member for the Sunrise Health Consortium GME program, she has trained more than 25 future family practice physicians at Southern Hills Hospital since 2021.

Dr. McHale has been practicing in Southern Nevada since 2008, following her medical education at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and residency at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Pennsylvania.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. McHale and her husband, Tim, enjoy RV adventures, boating at Lake Mead, and participating in the St. Jude Marathon Weekend in support of their niece Scout, a brain cancer survivor. Dr. McHale is originally from central Texas, and went to medical school at Texas Tech University.  She then moved to Pennsylvania for residency, and met her husband there.  They decided to move west after she finished residency, and Las Vegas was the perfect match for them!   She was employed by a group practice for four years, and started her own practice, WHASN Sunset Valley, in January 2013.  In her time outside of her practice, Dr. McHale enjoys curling up with a good book, exploring the many wonderful culinary opportunities that Las Vegas has to offer, and learning about the art of winemaking.

Todd Stearns embarked on his journey in the healthcare field after completing his service in the U.S. military. He initially worked in sales within the pharmaceutical industry. Concurrently, he dedicated his time as a volunteer, first as an orderly in a psychiatric care unit and later as a medical technician at a hospital in Washington D.C. During his sales visits, Stearns engaged in conversations with a variety of patients in waiting rooms. These interactions, both intriguing and enlightening, uncovered a common desire among patients for a better level of health. They expressed their individual health concerns and aspirations for a more fulfilling life, seeking guidance to achieve these goals. These experiences sowed the seeds for what would later become Arc-1 Metrics, showcasing Stearns' commitment to enhancing healthcare through understanding and addressing patient needs.

Rebecca Tyre, MD has been practicing in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas since 1994 after completing her residency training in OB/GYN at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. She earned her medical degree in 1990 from the University of Nevada School of Medicine and became board certified in OB/GYN in 1996. Dr. Tyre and her husband have two daughters and she enjoys CrossFit, music, traveling, hiking and reading as well as spending time with her family.

Guy A. Torres earned his medical degree in 1987 from the University of Kansas College of Health Sciences and Hospital in Kansas City, Kansas and completed his residency in OB/GYN at St. Joseph Hospital/ Creighton University Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Torres has been practicing in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas since 1991 and founded Green Valley OB/GYN in 1998. He specializes in laporoscopic surgeries. Dr. Torres has four sons and loves being a devoted husband and father. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, rock concerts, and is an outdoor enthusiast. 

Donald L. Roberts, MD, FACOG, has offered his expertise in perinatal care to women who have high-risk pregnancies for more than 20 years. He currently offers services at Desert Perinatal Associates with offices in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. Board-certified in both maternal-fetal medicine and obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Roberts prides himself on offering excellent care so moms and babies achieve the best outcomes.

Dr. Roberts completed his bachelor of science degree at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. He earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine and practiced general obstetrics and gynecology in Las Vegas for two years before pursuing his passion in helping care for women with high-risk pregnancies. Dr. Roberts completed his fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at the University of California San Diego where he was granted the resident teaching award.

Continuing with his award-winning teaching, Dr. Roberts gave lectures for medical students and residents during his time as Chairman of the OB/GYN Department at the University of Nevada School of Medicine and while serving as Chief of the Department of OB/GYN at UMC Hospital.

Dr. Roberts is active in research, lectures, and providing medical care to underserved areas of Las Vegas. He continues to teach residents and students as an assistant professor at the University of Nevada School of Medicine and Touro University.

Dr. Roberts is married to his wife, an OB/GYN, and has five wonderful children. He loves traveling, snow skiing, running, and time at the beach.
