Andrew Peretz, MD, FAAOS, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in spinal surgery. Dr. Peretz joined Somers Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine Group, PLLC, in 1997, and he treats spinal disorders in both adults and pediatric patients at the practice’s locations in Fishkill, Newburgh, and Carmel, New York.
Dr. Peretz received his degree in chemistry from Princeton University and earned his medical degree from the Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. Dr. Peretz then completed his fellowship in spinal surgery at the Institute for Spinal Disorders at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
He is currently a member of the North American Spine Society, the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, Stuart Styles, MD, FAAOS, has been with the team at Somers Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine Group since 1997. He currently treats patients at the practice locations in Fishkill, Mount Kisco, Newburgh, and Carmel, New York.
Dr. Styles is a graduate of Hofstra University and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where he earned his medical degree in 1991. He served as chief resident of orthopaedic surgery at the Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, where he was also an orthopaedic research fellow.
He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
