Ashley Perenich is a highly skilled Physician Assistant at the Spine Institute of Florida, where she works closely with Dr. Nicholas Perenich and the rest of the surgical team to provide exceptional care to patients. Ashley earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from University of South Florida’s Morsani College of Medicine and has since specialized in orthopedics and spine surgery.
As a Physician Assistant, Ashley is responsible for performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating injuries and illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and assisting in surgical procedures. She is passionate about helping patients understand their condition and treatment options, and works closely with them to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
Ashley is a member of several professional organizations, including the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Mark Nicholas Perenich, DO, is an accomplished, board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon at the Spine Institute of Florida, formerly Tampa Back Institute, with locations in Crystal River, Dade City, Spring Hill, and Tampa, Florida.
Specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery techniques, Dr. Perenich obtained his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania. Later, he completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the Largo Medical Center in Florida. He then completed a fellowship in Spine Surgery at the prestigious Texas Back Institute.

Andrew Boltuch, DO is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery. He received his medical degree from NOVA Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Orthopedic Residency training at Largo Medical Center .Dr. Boltuch then completed his shoulder and elbow fellowship at the Holy Cross Orthopaedic Institute under the guidance of Jonathan Levy, MD.
