A day after the Friday installation of a pump/shunt for my glaucoma, I experienced pain and headache. Dr. Hsia met me in the deserted clinic at 7:30 pm and stayed with us until he relieved the pressure causing my pain. As a result of his dedication, I have followed him to his clinical and academic positions into private practice. I travel from Reno to Walnut Creek to see him and he continues to have the same calm dedication to his patients.

I am leaving every visit with explained and clear understanble results of my current vision. I strongly recommend Doctor Hsia as eye care specialist. I also give the highest score to medical and office personnel. Office personnel always send remindres of upcoming visit. Every appointment starts on time. Medical personnel lead patient through eye exam procedures before seeing doctor Hsia.
