She provided comprehensive assessments of all members within the family, applied the appropriate interventions as needed, and utilized literation to provide evidence-based care.
Later in 2019, she achieved her Master's in Nursing Science, PMHNP-BC, at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Dr. Tachi is Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certified and licensed as a Registered Nurse both in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She is licensed to prescribe in Maryland with MAT waiver.
She provides care for patients with mental health challenges, precisely medication management. With the help of therapy and medication management, Dr. Tachi helps individuals struggling with mental health problems overcome their fear and take back control of their lives.
