I’ve served as an attending psychiatrist, medical director, and educator at institutions including Rutgers University, Harvard Medical School, Cambridge Health Alliance, and hospital systems across New York and New Jersey. Irina Kiblitsky, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist and the owner and director of Revived Soul Medical P.C. in Midwood and Brighton Beach in Brooklyn, New York. Margaret Miller, DNP, LMSW is a psychiatrist and the founder of Greenwich Avenue Psychiatry, located in Greenwich, Connecticut. 

Dr. Miller began her career in psychiatry at Weill Cornell in the emergency room, where she trained through Payne Whitney Psychiatric Clinic. Following years of providing psychotherapy and working at Montefiore Medical Center, Margaret returned to Columbia University for a Master’s in Nursing, followed by a Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a clinical focus on psychopharmacology. She has presented work on reducing stigma and improving mental health care delivery at several conferences and is the recipient of multiple scholarly awards.

Margaret firmly believes in the power of the patient-provider relationship when it comes to providing care. Approaching all aspects of mental health with curiosity and empathy, Margaret specializes in crafting tailored psychiatric treatment plans that incorporate patient-centered goals. She uses her background in social work to understand patients in the context of their lives.

Fahimir Jean-Baptiste, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatrist Mental Nurse Practitioner. Fahimir has a Master of Science in Nursing from Hofstra University School and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Molloy College. Her clinical career took her through the healthcare system, from inpatient to outpatient settings. She manages and treats a wide range of mental health concerns including Major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, and ADHD. Fahimir provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management with special attention to individual needs, including attention to each patient's personal history, his or her specific context, stressful or traumatic life experiences or circumstances, each patient's particular concerns about, or fears of medications, all of which she approaches with patience, warmth, understanding, and helpful explanations that facilitate treatment and the patient's sense of comfort and trust.
