Kristina Casel, APRN, PMHNP-BC, AGNP-C is a Double Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Kristina has specialty certification in Psychiatry and Adult Health. Kristina has been in the medical field for over two decades and has a decade of teaching and mentorship experience. She has additional training in integrative, functional, and lifestyle medicine, as well as investing numerous clinical fellowship hours in the field of psychiatry with various practices around the country. In addition to the above, Kristina’s graduate clinical rotation hours were served in community/county mental health clinics. Kristina graduated from South University in Savannah Georgia with a Master’s degree in Nursing with specialization as an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She then received her Post-Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health from Wilkes University in Pennsylvania.
Kristina believes that in regard to mental health, or health in general, superior outcomes are achieved by taking into account the whole person and the whole picture. In order to put a puzzle together we need every piece. Kristina understands the important foundation of utilizing general psychiatric approaches with the added benefit of integrative ones. When utilizing this all encompassing approach, it provides a higher level of positive outcomes. All aspects of our lives should be addressed as they all can interfere positively or negatively, this includes social, psychological and biological. Very important aspects that will be covered during visits include lifestyle, sleep, stress, exercise, nutrition, work/career, home-life/relationships/social status, overall health, lastly psychotherapy and individualized medication regimens if needed. All of these combined need to be in balance to promote mental well-being.
Kristina’s philosophy is the belief in meeting people where they are. Her goal is simple, to provide a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where you truly feel heard, supported and empowered. She deep dives to help find the root cause and not just cover with a temporary band-aid. Everyone is unique and should be treated with individuality.
Kristina treats a wide range of conditions such as Depression, Anxiety, Mood, Sleep, Stress, Life Transitions, Adult ADHD, Social Anxiety, Binge Eating, Weight related issues, Sexual Health, Intensive Sexual Therapy, Intensive Couples Therapy (including Intensive Sexual Couples Therapy).

Miguel De La Mora, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a University of Texas-trained board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner practicing at Bellevue Psychiatry, which has locations in Kennewick, Vancouver, Bellevue, and Kirkland, Washington.
Dr. De La Mora graduated from The University of Texas, Houston Health Science Center with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a specialty in psychiatry. He completed his psychiatry clinical rotations at UTHealth Houston Harris County Psychiatric Center, Houston Methodist Hospital, Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital, Psychiatry of Texas, Synapse Psychiatry, and Turning Point Psychiatry. He completed his doctoral research project on post-stroke depression and post-stroke anxiety.
Dr. De La Mora believes true long-term health happens when we use many tools at the same time, which include medications, psychotherapy, sleep hygiene, adequate nutrition, sufficient exercise, social connection, and mindfulness techniques. He uses these tools and many other evidence-based interventions to bring happiness, enthusiasm, resilience, and optimism to the lives of his patients and their loved ones.
Dr. De La Mora’s philosophy is to treat the root cause affecting his patients’ lives, not just symptom management. His goal with each patient is to help them reach their full potential and thrive in every facet of their lives. He treats patients with ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, sleep disorders, sexual dysfunction, substance abuse, and weight loss.
Dr. De La Mora grew up on a family farm in the Yakima Valley. He found his way to Texas for career and educational opportunities. He knew after completing his studies in Houston, he would return to Washington state to help treat patients, and enjoy all the great things Washington has to offer. When he is not helping patients, he enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
