I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I obtained my MSN from Monmouth University, and became board certified with the ANCC. I have over 10 years of nursing experience in the psychiatric field in emergency crisis with adult clients from ages 18-65. Through my years as a staff nurse, I found my passion for mental health and desired to be apart of the change in ending the stigma surrounded by substance abuse and mental health. Fahimir Jean-Baptiste, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatrist Mental Nurse Practitioner. Fahimir has a Master of Science in Nursing from Hofstra University School and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Molloy College. Her clinical career took her through the healthcare system, from inpatient to outpatient settings. Margaret Miller, DNP, LMSW is a psychiatrist and the founder of Greenwich Avenue Psychiatry, located in Greenwich, Connecticut. 

Dr. Miller began her career in psychiatry at Weill Cornell in the emergency room, where she trained through Payne Whitney Psychiatric Clinic. Following years of providing psychotherapy and working at Montefiore Medical Center, Margaret returned to Columbia University for a Master’s in Nursing, followed by a Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a clinical focus on psychopharmacology. With extensive expertise in both inpatient and outpatient care, he provides comprehensive psychiatric mental health services across the lifespan. Shanalein Cruz, LMHC, is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Shanalein works virtually. She also has over nine years of experience working with LGBTQ youth, children who are abuse survivors, and associated mental disabilities. Her areas of expertise include sexual abuse and emotional abuse. Other areas of her work experience encompass autism spectrum disorder, anxiety disorders, and ADHD.
