Shanalein Cruz, LMHC, is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Shanalein works virtually. Adam Dubin, MSW, is a social worker intern serving Hudson River Care and Counseling patients. He works virtually and at the office in Teaneck, New Jersey.

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University Rabbinic Ordination from Yeshiva University, affiliated with Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary. After graduating, he completed his Master of Social Work from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Adam is compassionate, friendly, and enjoys what he does. He has a broad array of interests and experiences with diverse populations, which helps him connect with various patients.

Anne’s passion is helping individuals achieve healing and wellness through a root cause approach. She has found that people have a deep, intuitive knowledge that their bodies can heal with optimized nourishment, movement, herbs and supplements while using meditation, mindfulness and cognitive restructuring to change their thoughts, bringing more joy and well being into their lives. She also has expertise in treating sexual dysfunction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and sleep disorders, as well as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in adults and children.
