Dr. Darcy Trenkle is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with a strong commitment to integrative, evidence-based care. She has extensive experience treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and supporting individuals through complex life transitions. Dr. Trenkle brings nearly a decade of leadership across inpatient, outpatient, and telepsychiatric settings, most recently serving as Medical Director for Behavioral Health at Avel eCare.
She completed her medical degree and residency at Loma Linda University, where she later served on faculty as Medical Director of Interventional Psychiatry and led physician wellness initiatives. After training at New York Medical College, she completed a Family Medicine Internship at University of Connecticut and afterwards went on to complete Psychiatry Residency at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, WA where she served as Chief Resident at the VA Medical Center in Seattle, WA during her last year in training. She is Board Certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
