He is dedicated to helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and other mood and behavioral health concerns through a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Before joining Alpine Psychiatry, Robert served in a variety of psychiatric and medical settings, including inpatient and correctional psychiatry, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and critical care nursing. He brings a strong background in acute and chronic psychiatric management, trauma-informed care, and crisis stabilization.
Robert began his career as a critical care nurse at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he developed advanced assessment and leadership skills while caring for medically complex patients in the Cardiac and Vascular ICU. His subsequent work in behavioral health and correctional settings strengthened his ability to connect with diverse populations and provide grounded, evidence-based treatment in high-acuity environments.

Dr. Collins received his Medical Degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, in 2003. He pursued his General Psychiatry training at Howard University, which he completed in 2007. Dr. Collins returned to the University of Maryland, Baltimore, for his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry training, which he completed in 2009. Dr. Collins specializes in medication management of psychiatric conditions.
He has particular interest in childhood related conditions, including ADHD, Anxiety disorders, and Autistic Disorders. He works with children, adolescents, and adults.

Christine received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Delaware, specializing in psychiatry/mental health. Her doctoral project was on mindfulness in substance use disorders. Christine has worked in the outpatient mental health setting since 2019. During that time, she has treated patients with a variety of mental health conditions. Prior to working in the outpatient mental health setting, Christine was a critical care registered nurse rotating between five specialty intensive care units in a large health system. During this time, she helped treat and advocate for clients with acute and chronic psychiatric conditions in the setting of an acute medical illness. Christine sees patients of all ages and treats all mental health issues.
