After earning her Doctor of Medicine at St. John’s Medical College in Bangalore, India, Dr. Jayaram worked for several years as a physician in India before relocating to the United States. Paroma Mitra MD MPH has completed her adult Psychiatry training at Harlem Hospital Center, Columbia University Medical Center. She also trained at NYU Langone School of Medicine in Geriatric Psychiatry and Public Sector Psychiatry. She is board certified in both Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry. She has numerous awards in teaching and training and has presented her work in clinical research both nationally and internationally.

My career goals have been focused on the LGBTQ population working both as president of AGLP: The Association of LGBTQ Psychiatrists and Director of Psychiatry at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, one of the largest LGBTQ Medical Centers in the world. I provide psychotherapy and/or medication management. My training is largely psychodynamic but I use behavioral therapies when needed.

Neil Altman, PhD, is a seasoned psychoanalytic psychotherapist at Harlem Family Services, located in the East Harlem community of Manhattan in New York City.

He is the co-author of "Relational Child Psychotherapy" (2002). Dr. Altman has published more than sixty articles in peer-reviewed journals.

Robin Blaize, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care.
