My name is Erika Cortes, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a holistic approach to care. My background as a family nurse practitioner, hospitalist, and geriatric rehab provider allows me to see you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. I hold master’s degrees from Purdue University and Florida State University. I believe in integrating lifestyle changes—such as vitamins, supplements, exercise, and journaling—alongside medication when appropriate. I also support safe medication discontinuation with a structured plan. Every visit is personal, and honesty is encouraged, but if you ever feel uncomfortable, please let me know—I respect your privacy. Even the smallest details help me tailor your care. This is a judgment-free zone where we work together to overcome obstacles and create a plan that fits you.
