Dr. Sidhu completed her training at USC. She completed her Internship in Family Medicine and Residency in Adult Psychiatry, both at the University of Southern California (USC) + LAC Medical Center in Los Angeles.
As a board-certified physician through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Sidhu is known for her expertise in complex mental health care. She believes that the doctor-patient relationship should be the center of medical treatment.
Dr. Sidhu follows an integrative approach to care, focusing on the concept of Functional Medicine. All treatment plans are individualized to the patient and follow the bio-psychosocial model, which focuses on all aspects of a patient’s life.

Gil Hoftman, MD, PhD, is our founder and lead psychiatrist, double board-certified in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry, and a PhD in developmental and molecular neuroscience with specialized postdoctoral training in neurobehavioral genetics.
With expertise in neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g. autism and ADHD), psychosis, schizophrenia, transcranial magnetic stimulation using NeuroStar, and motivational interviewing, he is passionate about building relationships to better the lives of those who are suffering. He devotes his time and expertise to providing comprehensive mental health care to those who feel confused, afraid, or vulnerable about their mental fitness. Fighting stigma is a key component of the treatment approach.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Hoftman continues to serve as a Faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry at UCLA, which allows him to continue investigating adolescent psychosis risk and contribute to the scientific community’s understanding of the neuropsychiatric basis of psychosis and schizophrenia. Dr. Stephanie Sabra, MD, MPH is a board-certified psychiatrist, who treats child, adolescent and adult patients using a wholistic approach that incorporates lifestyle modifications, psychotherapy, and medications into their treatment plans.
She was raised in the South Bay of Los Angeles, CA. She attended the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular & Cell Biology, with an emphasis in Neurobiology as well as a Master’s degree in Public Health, which equipped her with a broader perspective of health and preventive medicine. She completed her medical training at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine and Adult Psychiatry residency at the Los Angeles County + University of Southern California Medical Center. Her interest in child development and early intervention for mental illness led her to pursue fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Boston Children’s Hospital / Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Sabra integrates multiple pillars of health to support her patients using the biopsychosocial model. She is attentive to her patients’ diet, movement, sleep, community, and sense of purpose. She additionally incorporates psychotherapy modalities into their treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Play Therapy for children. She helps patients with broad forms of psychiatric illness, including ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and women’s mental health (peripartum and postpartum illness).

Dr. Key was born and raised in Washington, DC. before venturing off the east coast. He received a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University and earned his MD from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Key had an early passion of bridging the gap between medicine and communities of color. His love of narrative and ability to connect patients to their personal stories led him to Psychiatry and he continued his training at UCLA’s Semel Neuropsychiatric Institute. He served as the residency’s Co-Chief of Justice, Equity, Diversion, and Inclusion (JEDI) for two consecutive years with the goal of greater equity amongst historically underrepresented peoples. As a resident, he trained in highly specialized clinics treating psychotic and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, addiction, and ADHD. Justin is also a father, husband, and a fiction author.
