During psychiatry residency at Wake Forest University I had to write a personal statement to apply for a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship. It had to be good and truthful. During his time there, he was selected for the prestigious Osteopathic Principles and Practice (OPP) Fellowship, where he gained additional clinical and academic training in osteopathic manipulative medicine and holistic patient care.
