Before becoming a PMHNP, Dorota worked as a psychiatric nurse, Charge Nurse, and Nursing Supervisor at Horsham Clinic, where she gained extensive experience caring for individuals with complex mental health needs in an inpatient setting. She later joined Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry as a Ketamine Nurse, specializing in ketamine-assisted therapy and Spravato® (esketamine) treatment for individuals living with treatment-resistant psychiatric conditions.

Today, Dorota provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults.
