She has served as the Vice Chair of Psychiatry at West Palm Hospital in West Palm Beach, FL. She also has previous experience as the Inpatient Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Unit at the Citrus Health Network in Miami, FL. and the Womens Psychiatric Unit at Baptist Health Center in Pensacola, FL. Dr. Oms earned her Medical Doctorate at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic. She then completed both General Psychiatry residency and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship training at Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami in Miami, FL. Dr. Cohen is board certified and Diplomate in General Adult Psychiatry.
