I am dual board certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. I see clients from age 12 and up. Dr. Ellen Edgar is the president of Complete Neurological Care, P.C. in New York and Florida. She is an American Board Certified Neurologist who holds double board certification from The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and The American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology (ABCN).
