Dr. Lowe is the CEO for Providers for Healthy Living. He graduated from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. He then completed a general psychiatry residency and a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at The Ohio State University and Nationwide Children's Hospital. Dr. Lowe was an attending physician on the inpatient unit at OSU Harding Hospital and was the school psychiatrist at Nationwide Children's Hospital prior to forming Providers for Healthy Living.
Dr. Lowe has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings and has specialty training in mood disorders, ADHD and other disruptive behavior disorders, PTSD, eating disorders, weight management, autistic disorders, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, group therapies, and anxiety disorders.

I attained my Master's degree from South University Tampa in 2018. I went back to school to be a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner at the University of Miami in 2020 because of the dire need for more compassionate caregivers. I was destined to help fill in the gaps to healthcare disparities.
In 2013, I attained my Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a minor in psychology from Fairleigh Dickenson University in Teaneck, NJ.

After completing nursing school, I worked as a Registered Nurse in numerous hospital settings, such as Neurology, Orthopedic, and Maternity/Neonatal Care.
