Shalom is a board-certified advanced practitioner with Full Practice Authority (APRN-FPA), MSN, PMHNP. He has worked in various behavioral health Hospitals for the past 15 years in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient, managing care from adolescents with autism to older adults with dementia. His expertise lies in listening to patients and his astute ability to develop a care plan cultured to each patient needs. Everyone is different and should be treated as such. Shalom brings humor to set people at ease while building healthy therapeutic relationships with individuals. Started his academic career at the College of Medicine University of Lagos prior to relocating to the US in 2003. Nicole is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She is very excited to draw on her 18 years of nursing experience and her previous licensure as a counselor to provide a full spectrum of psychiatric care. She is always researching new and better ways to help people accomplish their mental health goals.
Her practice is client-centered, holistic, and tailored to meet both medical and counseling goals of individuals. She has a huge interest in helping people meet their goals with natural medications/supplements and with the help of genetic testing for individuals that are also interested.
Bernadette DeMuri is the Medical Director of Associated Mental Health Consultants and The TMS Center of Wisconsin. She is a graduate of Marquette University and the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. DeMuri completed residencies in both Psychiatry and Neurology at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals.
She is board certified in General Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry and Psychosomatic Medicine. She is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Mental Health Sciences at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. DeMuri has had extensive experience in community mental health, consultation liaison psychiatry and private practice psychiatry. Her interests include the treatment of mood disorders, including treatment resistant depression.
Dr. DeMuri has expertise in the use of transcranial magnetic stimulation for depression, being the first psychiatrist in the state to offer this technology in 2010.
