Vignesh Ramachandran, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology who treats adults and children in full-spectrum general, medical, and cosmetic dermatology conditions affecting the skin, hair and nails. When he was a child, he and his family immigrated to a small town of 16,000 in Ontario, Canada before his educational journey brought him to the United States. Dr. Ramachandran still maintains those small town values, merging relentless hard work with compassion, honesty and humility to care for his patients and community.
Dr. Ramachandran graduated as a Presidential Scholar from the Dean’s Scholars Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin. He then graduated #1 in his medical school class at the top-ranked Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he was inducted into the prestigious Gold Humanism and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Societies. He went on to complete his internship in Internal Medicine at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, where he was awarded Outstanding Intern of the Year. Dr. Ramachandran then completed his dermatology residency at the world-renowned Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology at New York University. By the end of his three years of residency, he was nationally recognized as a 3-time 'Rising Derm Star’, was an investigator in several clinical trials, published 100 peer-reviewed research papers, and served on national dermatology committees. He culminated his residency training with the Irwin M. Freedberg, M.D. Award for the resident who has done the most to advance Dermatology in the ‘House of Medicine’.

Perelman Department of Dermatology at New York University, where he conducts hospital consultations at NYU Langone Hospital Brooklyn and teaches residents.
Sergey Petrosian DO is a board-certified dermatologist at the Skin Institute of New York (SINY®). Dr. Petrosian treats adult and pediatric patients at three of SINY’s® offices, in the Forest Hills area of Queens as well as the Bay Ridge and Park Slope areas of Brooklyn, New York.
He is a native of New York City who grew up in Queens and attended Brooklyn Technical High School. After earning a bachelor of science degree from SUNY Stony Brook University, Dr. Petrosian received his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYCOM/NYITCOM) in Westbury, New York. He then completed his residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Queens, New York in affiliation with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Petrosian attended, presented and lectured at many conferences as a resident, he also received many scholastic accolades in that time. During his residency Dr. Petrosian consistently scored amongst the top percentile in the nation on in-service examinations. He trained with and received mentorship from various experts in many fields of dermatology who practice here in New York City. His training in New York City gave him exposure to a very large and diverse patient population.
Dr. Petrosian is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology. He enjoys medical dermatology and also spent three years training with a cosmetic dermatologist. Although he provides comprehensive dermatologic treatment for all of his adult and pediatric patients, his special areas of expertise and interest include cosmetic dermatology, acne, hair loss, and skin cancer screening. Anna Karp, DO, is a board-certified dermatologist at the Skin Institute of New York (SINY®). Dr. Karp is a native New Yorker, growing up on the South Shore of Long Island. Dr. Ezra Hazan is a board certified dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs surgeon. He graduated with honors from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Hazan went on to do an internship in internal medicine at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He then completed his dermatology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and cosmetic dermatology at Mount Sinai Hospital. There he gained extensive knowledge and experience in procedural dermatology, including surgery of the skin as well as advanced cosmetic procedures like injectables, lasers and light based technologies.
Dr. Hazan is on staff at Mount Sinai Hospital, where he helps train dermatology residents, and at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center. He has published many academic journal articles and authored multiple textbook chapters on various topics in the field of dermatology. Dr. Hazan is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and American College of Mohs Surgery. He is passionate about the management and treatment of skin cancers, as well as cosmetic treatments and general dermatologic conditions. Dr. Sarah Yagerman is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon. She practices medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology in NYC and has a special interest in dermatologic oncology. A skilled, caring practitioner, she believes in an individualized and holistic approach to each patient and their skin. She enjoys all aspects of dermatology. She is skilled in the use of lasers to treat various conditions including Melasma, Photoaging, tattoos, and Rosacea. Dr. Yagerman is a native New Yorker; she returned home from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY to complete her medical degree at Weill Cornell Medical College in NYC, and she graduated with honors in service. She then completed a year of dedicated dermatologic surgery research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
After medical school, she moved downtown to complete an intensive Internal Medicine intern year at NYU Langone Health, which was followed by her 3-year dermatology residency at NYU’s prestigious Ronald O. Perelman Department of dermatology. She served as Chief resident in her final residency year and continued to develop a passion for dermatology and research. She has over 20 peer-reviewed publications in cosmetic and dermatologic surgery.
She continued her training by completing an ACGME accredited fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at Skin Laser and Surgery Specialists of NY and NJ. A lifelong learner and educator, Dr. Yagerman is proud to return to NYU to serve as Voluntary Faculty, where she volunteers weekly with residents, teaching surgical skills and overseeing the clinic.
In her free time, Dr. Yagerman loves to cook, garden, run, and spend time her family. She came to running later in life and sincerely hopes there will be public races again in the near future!
Allison Jaekle is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Allison was born and raised locally on Long Island. She attended Binghamton University for her undergraduate degree in History with a concentration in Public Health. She then attended Touro College for a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master in Physician Assistant Studies, where she received the Leadership, Academic, and Clinical Achievement awards upon graduation.
She is currently an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, New York State Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants. Allison has always had a true passion for dermatology and is honored to be part of the SINY Dermatology team. Sydney Liang, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She specializes in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology with an emphasis on delivering compassionate, high quality, and patient-centered care. She has a special interest in the prevention and surgical management of skin cancers, the treatment of acne and acne scarring, rosacea, psoriasis, cosmetic injectables, and laser treatments and resurfacing.
With a strong educational background and rigorous training, Dr. Liang completed her undergraduate degrees in cell biology, genetics, and human development at the University of Maryland, earning early acceptance to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society as a Junior and graduating with the highest honors of summa cum laude. While earning her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in New York City, Dr. Liang was elected as a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and graduated top of her medical school class. Dr. Saitta is an internationally recognized lecturer and published author on dermatology topics such as hair loss, acne, and the psychological effects of skin diseases. He trained with one of the most highly regarded acne experts in the world and also served as clinical research director on crucial studies related to acne, which led to the development of cutting-edge acne-treatment technologies that are now available to SINY® patients.
Dr. Saitta is an active member of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology and also serves as a national committee member for the dermatology resident in-service examination. Although he provides comprehensive dermatology treatment for all of his adult and pediatric patients, his special areas of expertise include skin cancer screening and treatment, hair loss, acne, and rashes of the hand, face, and scalp.
Dr. Rallis obtained her Bachelor of Science degree with honors, followed by her medical degree with honors from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. During medical school, she was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha society. She then completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Utah and became board certified in Medicine. However, dermatology was her calling, leading her to pursue a Dermatology residency at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. She remained on staff for seven years, becoming an Assistant Professor. Following a family decision to move to Greece, she became the Director of Dermatology at the Interbalkan European Medical Center in Northern Greece. She returned to the US in 2016, working as a dermatologist at Harvard Vanguard in Massachusetts before coming to NYC.
Dr. Rallis maintains active membership in the American Academy of Dermatology, The European Academy of Dermatology, and the American Contact Dermatitis Society. Her areas of interest include general medical dermatology in patients of all ages, with a focus on contact dermatitis, rashes, and comprehensive skin checks in our fight to prevent skin cancer.
Sarah Siu, MD, is a comprehensive board-certified dermatologist who treats skin, hair, and nail conditions in patients of all ages and ethnicities. She practices medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology at NY Partners Dermatology, located in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn in New York City.
She graduated from the CUNY Brooklyn College BA/MD program, where she was awarded magna cum laude. Dr. Siu went on to complete her medical degree at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. She continued her internal medicine internship training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she also completed her dermatology residency and was selected to be Chief Resident in her final year.

Carolyn Stull, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeon. She treats the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions and specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, surgical reconstruction following skin cancer removal, and facial aesthetics.
Dr. Stull is originally from Philadelphia and served as an Instructor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania prior to joining MDCS. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Stull completed dermatology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where she served as chief resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. During fellowship she trained with experts in the management of rare and advanced skin cancers, complex surgical reconstruction and laser procedures. She also served as a sub-investigator for several clinical trials testing oncolytic viruses and immunotherapies for skin cancer treatment.
Dr. Stull has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, JAMA Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. She has been an invited speaker at regional and national meetings, and has been awarded grant funding from the University of Pennsylvania Center for Human Appearance and the Pennsylvania Medical Society for medical device innovation. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Outside of the office Dr. Stull enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband who is plastic surgeon and their daughter.

He worked under the mentorship of Beth McLellan, MD, the current chief of dermatology at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City.
Following medical school, Dr. Zouzias earned a Master of Business Administration at NYU’s Stern School of Business. Then, he went on to complete his medical internship at North Shore Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Manhasset, New York.
Dr. Zouzias continued his training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York, completing his dermatology residency program. During his residency, Dr. Zouzias was awarded Outstanding House Officer for his compassion, expert clinical skills, and professional rapport.
