Suzanne Kabzinski is a Certified Physician Assistant who was born and raised in Florida and has spent the last 15 years in the Houston area. She graduated with a Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2013 from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. 

She has 8 years of experience in Internal and Family Medicine in the Conroe and Montgomery areas. She has a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and loves educating patients on wellness. She takes pride in building long-lasting relationships with her patients.

Khoa Truong, MD, is a skilled physician practicing at Magnolia Family Medicine.

Dr. Truong grew up in Vietnam and moved to the United States in 2013. Since then, Houston has become his second home—a place he has come to love and feel deeply connected to.

David Reeves, MD, FACOG, is the medical director at Medical Aesthetics & Laser in The Woodlands, Texas. Led by Dr. Reeves, the team enjoys helping people with their beauty health concerns and creating personalized treatment plans for each patient so they can shine from the inside and out.  

Dr. Reeves received his undergraduate education from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He then went on to pursue medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. After graduation, he completed a residency program at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

She competed on UGA’s NCAA Equestrian team where she was named All-American four years, obtaining a National Championship and two SEC Championship titles. She earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky. Liza began her dermatology career in south Florida where she practiced general and surgical dermatology for 2 years before moving to Texas. She has since earned the title of Diplomate Fellow as a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Being a native Floridian, Liza recognizes the importance of skin care and prevention of sun-related ailments. She is passionate about patient education and preventative medicine. Eva Hinojosa, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Eva was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, and moved to the Rio Grande Valley with her family at age 10. She graduated cum laude from St. Edwards University in Austin with a Bachelor’s in Biology in 2017. Eva received several academic scholarships throughout her academic career and maintained a position on the Dean’s List. After college, she spent her first postgraduate year working in the Emergency department and volunteering at rural clinics in Mexico and Peru. Eva then attained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley. She is bilingual and motivated to help the Corpus Christi community in their skin needs. Jeremy McWilliams, DO, is a board-certified family medicine specialist at Stone Creek Family Medicine in Montgomery, Texas. 

A graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, Dr. McWilliams moved to Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine to complete his doctorate. He studied under the prestigious Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program for his residency.

Before coming to Stone Creek Family Medicine, Dr. McWilliams practiced as a family medicine and urgent care physician in the Woodlands and Huntsville. He provides preventive, chronic, and acute care to patients of all ages.
