Thomas S. Ziering, MD, is a compassionate family practitioner serving patients in Morristown, New Jersey. Having practiced traditional family medicine for more than 30 years, Dr. Ziering has an exceptional career and the unique privilege and perspective of treating ALL patients and families regardless of gender identity, sexual identity, or medical issue. He has delivered more than 150 newborns in his career and many of the children he has cared for now bring their children and families to him.

Dr. Ziering graduated from Rutgers University Medical School in Newark and completed his residency at RWJ University Somerset Medical Center in 1990 where he was honored as the Top Resident Educator. Notably, he was part of the initial clinical trials as a clinical researcher for HIV illness during the HIV crisis in 1992. He is now one of the only private practices to treat and teach PrEP, PEP, and HIV care, as well as hormone therapy for men, women, and trans patients.

Sharing his wealth of knowledge and dedicated to education, Dr. Ziering lectures nationally and statewide and has been integral in teaching physician assistants, nurse practitioners, medical students, residents, physicians, and faculty at many of New Jersey’s various programs. Dr. Ziering was also the former Medical Director of LGBTQI Services for a private medical corporation from 2015-2017. Most recently he was a speaker at the New Jersey Academy of Family Medicine in the first lecture on LGBTQI Medicine for Physicians in Practice.

Having been in Medical Education, Medical Administration, Concierge Medicine and Corporate Medicine, Dr. Ziering has found his passion as a healer to be most effective in Private Practice. By not limiting patient visits to 5-10 minutes, he has found the most comfortable and most involved method of practice with a half-hour to one-hour visit, depending on health issues. In this manner, multiple medical issues and mental health issues can be addressed often in one visit. Furthermore, the ‘exam rooms’ are set up more like small living rooms with home furnishings, aromatherapy, sound soothers and artwork conducive to a calm and relaxed discussion. Dr. Lum is the primary Emergency Medicine physician at Forest Urgent Care. He graduated from SUNY Stony Brook Medical School and did his residency at NYU/ Bellevue Hospital. He has over 20 years of experience as an emergency room doctor at some of the best hospitals in New York including:  Columbia Hospital  and Montefiore Hospital. He practiced  in Stamford Hospital in Connecticut. Because of Dr. Lum’s vast amount of experience, he’s able to address a wide variety of patient needs.

Dr. Neola Gushway-Henry is a board-certified Sleep Medicine physician who has over a decade of experience in diagnosing and treating patients with a wide range of sleep disorders. She combines clinical expertise, compassionate patient care, and a strong commitment to advancing the field of Sleep Medicine. During her Residency training, she first recognized the profound impact of the quality of sleep on overall health and well-being. This culminated in a Fellowship in Sleep Medicine during which she deepened her understanding of sleep physiology and acquired advanced skills in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of sleep disorders, interpretation of polysomnography, home sleep apnea testing and actigraphy. Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. In her role, she ensures that clinical care is delivered to the highest standards so that patients can achieve their goals.

Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. He provides guidance and monitors the performance of the physical therapists and the front desk staff as well as makes day-to-day decisions for the Farmingdale office in order to better serve the needs of our patients.

Prashanth Mannam, MD, has over 20 years of experience as an internist and primary care provider. He offers patient-focused care to patients aged 12 and older at Mannam Medical & Wellness in the Soundview neighborhood of The Bronx in New York City. 

Dr. Mannam completed his training in medicine in Madras, India. He earned his medical degree at the Madras Medical College and served his internship at the Madras Medical College General Hospital. 

After spending a year honing his skills as a primary care physician at Kommalapati Nursing Home in Ongole, India, he moved to the United States, where he completed his internal medicine residency at New York’s Montefiore North Medical Center in The Bronx. He has since become a member of the American Medical Association and is board-certified in internal medicine.
