Dr. Spotts was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from the University of Texas at Austin. Before becoming part of the practice of Dr. Jose F. De Leon, M.D., P.A., caring for patients in Irving and Dallas, Texas, Dr. Phuong Nguyen-Luu began pursuit of her medical career as an undergraduate chemistry major at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. She graduated with honors and continued on to earn her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. From there, Dr. Nguyen-Luu ventured to California where she completed her OB/GYN internship at the University of California, Los Angeles, David Geffen School of Medicine.
Next, she relocated to the East Coast to complete her residency at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, where she served as the administrative chief resident. Dr. Nguyen-Luu received the John Riva, MD Oncology Award for her excellence in gynecologic surgery at Pennsylvania Hospital in 2017.

Dr. Odette Limosnero believes that integrative medicine is the best path to true health. She received her education and Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health at the top ranked Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. She then went on to complete her medical education at University of Texas Medical Branch-Galveston.
She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at one of the largest and busiest OBGYN training programs in the nation- University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. She then worked in the maternal fetal medicine department as faculty at one of the top ranked medical centers- Washington University St Louis.
She joined Plano Healthcare for Women in 2016 with Gwen Webster, MD. Dr. Webster retired from private practice in June 2025 and Dr. Lee joined OBGYN North Dallas. Dr. Lee has a special interest in high-risk obstetrics, routine premenopausal and menopausal gynecology, and minimally invasive gynecological procedures Dr. Lee and her husband, Dr. William Hotchkiss currently live in Plano with their 2 children and dogs. She loves spending time with her family and friends, hosting dinners/parties, reading, and going to church.
Angela Watson, MD, will be joining our practice in January 2017. Dr. Watson graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2008.
She has been in private practice in Arlington for the past eight years. Dr. Watson is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is skilled in all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology, including minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic procedures. She lives in Frisco with her husband and two children.
John Paul Roberts is a top board-certified physician at OB-GYN North Dallas, in Plano, Texas. His area of expertise is obstetrics and gynecology, and he offers prenatal care, mammograms, birth control options, and pap smears. He also offers treatment options for infertility, menopause, irregular bleeding, and high-risk pregnancies.

Dr. Roberts then became a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, where he earned his board certification. He continues to pursue his education in an attempt to provide his patients with access to the latest in medical advancements in reproductive health and well-being.
