Dr. Alansky has a passion for improving the quality of vision by diagnosing and treating medical eye conditions such as dry eye, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and other emergent eye disorders. Dr. Bajwa has worked for non-profit health clinics in California, optometry and ophthalmology groups in Bakersfield and Ventura before joining Living Water Clinic.
Dr. Bajwa underwent extensive clinical training at Kaiser Permanente, the Optometric Center of Los Angeles, the Center for the Partially Sighted in Santa Monica, the Gila River Health Care Corporation Eye Clinic in Sacaton, Arizona, the Foothill Presbyterian Hospital Low Vision Clinic in Glendora, and the SCCO Eye Care Center in Fullerton. He enjoyed serving the members of the Navajo nation in Crownpoint, New Mexico at the local hospital’s eye clinic, community clinics, inpatient department, and emergency department.
Dr. Bajwa is licensed to treat and manage a wide range of ocular diseases including the diagnosis, treatment, and management of glaucoma, diabetes, macular degeneration, allergy and dry eye. He has extensive experience managing the pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing corrective surgeries such as LASIK, cataract, and refractive lens exchange.
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry, a member of the American Optometric Association, and an active member of the California Optometric Association. Dr. Bajwa served as the President of the California Optometric Association from 2018-2019.
He has volunteered his skills for clinical missions in the US and internationally, working with groups like Volunteer Optometric Service to Humanity, OneSight, and the Special Olympics.
When Dr. Bajwa is not treating patients he likes to spend his free time with his wife and two young children. Dr. Bajwa has a wide variety of interests including cooking, music, and photography, but most of his time is spent reading and playing with his children.
Dr. Bajwa was born and raised in Porterville, California. After graduation from the University of California, Davis, and the Southern California College of Optometry, Dr. Bajwa completed a one-year residency at the Crown Point Indian Health Services Hospital of the Navajo Nation in Crownpoint, New Mexico. Kevin D. Rosin, OD, is an optometrist at Eye Care & Surgery in New York City, which has has three convenient locations: in New York City, in the Bronx , and in New Rochelle. Dr. Rosin specializes in pediatric and adult optometry and comprehensive eye and vision care, particularly contact lens fittings and related problems.
For almost two decades, Dr. Rosin has practiced optometry. He completed his undergraduate education in South Africa and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston.

Rajendra K. Bansal, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Eye Care & Surgery in New York City, which has has three convenient locations: in New York City, in the Bronx , and in New Rochelle. Dr. Bansal specializes in glaucoma surgery, and he’s performed thousands of glaucoma procedures throughout his career.
Dr. Bansal earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delhi in India. He earned his medical degree from Maulana Azad Medical College in India, where he also completed his ophthalmology residency. He finished his educational training in New York City with a fellowship in glaucoma at the Edward S. Harkness Eye Institute of Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in Washington Heights, Manhattan, where he’s been on staff since.
Dr. Bansal is an associate clinical professor of ophthalmology at the Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons. There, he trains residents and fellows and lectures at national meetings. He is the author of numerous articles in prestigious, peer-reviewed medical journals.
To keep up with the latest developments in ophthalmology, Dr. Bansal maintains his advanced credentials. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Ophthalmic Laser Surgical Society, Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, American Glaucoma Society, New York Glaucoma Society, and Glaucoma Society of India.
