Since 2000, Dr. Kevin Gunnerson has had the pleasure of serving the community of Moberly, Missouri, helping ensure that his patients receive the best care for their visual health. Jeremy M. Cotliar is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Eye Care & Surgery in New York City, which has has three convenient locations: in New York City, in the Bronx , and in New Rochelle. Dr. Cotliar specializes in glaucoma surgery, manual and laser-assisted cataract surgery, refractive surgery (LASIK and PRK), and premium intraocular lens (IOL) technology.  He also performs Botox and filler injections in his office. Dr. Cotliar received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis and earned his medical degree at Albany Medical College in New York.
