Dr. Donna Cooper was born in Taiwan, moved to the U.S. when she was two and was raised in Orange County. She attended the University of California at Riverside for her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences, where she maintained a position on the Dean’s honor list. She pursued her doctoral degree in optometry at the Southern California College of Optometry, graduating cum laude. Carl Garbus, OD, is a seasoned neuro-optometric rehabilitation specialist who provides vision therapies and rehabilitative services to adults and children in Valencia, California. As part of the team at Family Vision Care Optometry, a part of the DeyeNAMICS Alliance, Dr. Garbus is dedicated to offering preventive care and the highest-quality treatments available.

Dr. Garbus graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1980. He opened two private practices in Valencia, Family Vision Care Optometry and Family Vision Care Optometry Neuro Vision Rehabilitation.
