Board-certified pediatrician Jennifer Supol, DO, brings nearly two decades of experience to the team at Southfield Pediatric Physicians, PC. She provides care to children throughout Bingham Farms and Novi, Michigan. 

Dr. Supol completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She went on to earn her medical degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Iowa. Following her internship at Bi-County Community Hospital, Dr. Supol began her residency in pediatrics at Henry Ford Hospital and finished at Children's Hospital of Michigan. 

At Southfield Pediatric Physicians, PC, Dr. Supol cares for children throughout every stage of growth and development, from infancy to adolescence. Tina E. Floy, MD, is an exceptional practitioner who believes in continual lifelong care to provide comprehensive pediatric services. Dr. Floy started her education journey at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1998. Toward the end of her program, she participated in essential HIV and AIDS research through the fellowship program of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland.

Shortly after, Dr. Floy aided in several research opportunities to provide a better understanding of essential DNA functions. She worked for Science Professionals on Assignment, providing lab support throughout several Maryland towns. Dr. Floy went on to work as a certified nursing assistant in Rockville, Maryland, to provide patient care and assist with daily activities of living. 

Dr. Floy continued refining her clinical philosophies as a research coordinator at the Institute for Asthma and Allergy in Wheaton, Maryland, and the NIH. 

She later completed a medical doctorate from Xavier University’s school of medicine in Youngstown, Ohio. In 2012, Dr. Floy won resident of the year from The Children’s Hospital at The Medical Center of Central Georgia and The Children’s Health Center in Macon, Georgia.

After completing her licensure, Dr. Floy established Wellness Pediatrics, PC, in 2017 to bring Fairfax, Virginia, communities her expert knowledge and practical experience for the well-being of their children. In her free time, Dr. Floy enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Ehud H. Kapen, MD, known to the team at Southfield Pediatric Physicians, PC, as “Dr. Udi,” is a board-certified pediatrician dedicated to providing comprehensive care to children in Bingham Farms and Novi, Michigan. 

Dr. Kapen earned his Doctor of Medicine from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan, after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Kapen then completed his residency in pediatrics at Children's Hospital of Michigan. 

Having been in practice for over two decades, Dr. Kapen brings a wealth of experience to the team at Southfield Pediatric Physicians, PC. He cares for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. Jose Antonio Palomares, MD, is a dedicated pediatric pulmonologist and sleep medicine physician practicing at the Texas Pediatric Specialties and Family Sleep Center offices in Shavano Park, and New Braunfels, Texas. Originally from Los Angeles, he moved to San Antonio for residency. Two of his four children were born in Texas, and he now proudly calls San Antonio home.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience from UCLA in 2013, contributing to published research on the neurologic effects of obstructive sleep apnea. He completed medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2019 and later returned to Los Angeles for a fellowship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, becoming the first AIRE fellow to train in both pulmonology and sleep medicine.

Kaitlin Noyes is a board-certified Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Iowa native. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Kaitlin brings over eight years of Pediatric Emergency experience and one year in Pain Management at Cook Children’s Medical Center, complemented by fifteen years of service in the Air National Guard as both a Medic and Flight Nurse. Since 2021, Kaitlin has served as a provider with Harper House, where she delivers compassionate care to children during acute sick visits. Her approach to medicine is deeply personal, rooted in the belief that every patient should be treated with the same care and respect she would give to her own family. Outside of her professional life, Kaitlin enjoys baking (or trying to bake), aviation, and spending time with her family, including her husband and two young boys.

Dr. Douglas LaCour grew up locally, graduating from Klein Forest High School. He then earned his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Texas in Austin and his Medical Degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. LaCour has been in private practice in the Spring area since 2000. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, the American College of Pediatrics and the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners. Megan Reynolds, CPNP-PC, is a caring and knowledgeable pediatric nurse practitioner who’s a highly valued member of the Valencia Pediatrics family, treating patients at the practice’s office in Victorville, California, also serving patients in the High Desert area of Hesperia and Apple Valley.  Megan joined our team of primary care providers in February of 2014.

Megan graduated cum laude from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in nursing and a minor in anthropology. Additionally, she was a member of the General Pediatrics Partnership Council at Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach during her education.

After finishing her training and before joining the family at Valencia Pediatrics, Megan worked as a registered nurse in the general pediatrics unit at Miller Children’s Hospital & Women’s Hospital, where she gained invaluable experience treating a wide range of pediatric patients.

Dr. Milrod has been practicing pediatric neurology for over 20 years. He specializes in the treatment of seizures, headaches, developmental delays, sleep disorders, tics, ADHD, and autism. Dr. Milrod earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University before attending Harvard Medical School. He completed his residency in pediatric neurology at Boston Children's Hospital. He is board certified in neurology and sleep medicine. Dr. Milrod currently has privileges at St. Peter's University Hospital. Harper House Pediatrics is owned by Nurse Practitioner, Lauren Harper. Lauren is a board certified, Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Her nursing and nurse practitioner experience include 11 years at Cook Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, where she worked as a staff and charge nurse in the Pediatric ICU, and as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with the Hospitalist group, and the ENT group.
